Available for weekly, or longer, rentals (monthly or longer starting in 2026) this three-story townhouse is located on a picturesque street in the beautiful, gated Truman Annex community. It’s close to all the major attractions yet just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Duval Street, the center of it all, is just two blocks way. The nightly Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square, a must see, is just four blocks away. The recently opened Truman Waterfront Park, including a free waterpark for the kids, is just a short walk / two-minute drive from our townhouse. There’s bound to be something for everyone in Key West - restaurants, nightlife, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach, Little White House, Key West Aquarium, Butterfly Conservatory, parasailing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, fine dining - the list goes on and on.

The first floor, complete with living room, dining area, and kitchen features vaulted ceilings providing a bright and airy feeling. There’s also a half bath on the first floor. The master suite with en suite bath is located on the second level. It has French doors opening onto a private balcony. The laundry center is also on the second floor. The third-floor guest suite, with its own full bath, has many windows overlooking the tropical garden below. The shared, heated swimming pool is close by and is complete with lounge chairs for sunning.

The unit includes free high-speed wireless internet so you can keep up with all those e-mails or just let everyone know what a wonderful time you’re having.

The living room also has a high-def LED SMART TV with surround sound. Therefore, watch HD programming or access your Netflix account and stream a movie.

Come enjoy one of the many local festivals - Fantasy Fest, Hemingway Days, Powerboat Races, Lobster Fest or just relax in the townhouse enjoying the tropical Caribbean Island.

Excellent for our 2 week stay

Excellent location. Excellent communication with owner and manager. Property as described in VRBO. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen and amenities as expected. Would rent again if available for 2 weeks.

Location, Location, Location

This was our second time staying at the Foundry and our 5th time in Truman Annex. You can't beat the location. The condo was clean and check in was easy. The unit is a short walk from Duval and most of the things you go to Key West for. Having a bedroom on the third floor might be an issue for some, but we were fine. I like that there is room in the parking space for a car, and a scooter can still park in front of it.

Love this place!

The location is perfect!!! A nice, easy stroll to the action on Duval Street but quiet & relaxed when you need a break. The room is clean, has all of the essentials needed.

Awesome Truman Annex Location

Keith's place in the Foundry building was perfect! Clean, great location, quiet, plenty of room and secure. Everywhere is walkable from this location. No need for a rental car. We rented bikes from WeCycle because we like to bike around the island at a slower pace to see things that one may miss in a car. You can walk or bike to Fort Zack very easily. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Beautiful house

Everything you need here. The accommodation is roomy enough for 4 easily. The location is in such a good place, easy to walk everywhere. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Great location in the Truman Annex

Loved the location on the rental especially with bikes. I do feel the furnishings are dated. I also feel the linens and towels could be refreshed. Kitchen was well stocked and communication with the host was good.

Key West Fun Halloween week

We had the best time staying at this property on the Truman Annex! We were two couples so we each had our own floor for bedrooms and bathrooms. The townhouse was clean with comfortable furniture and beds and a full kitchen. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the patio. Everything was walking distance including Mallory Square, Duval St, Blue Heaven, Fort Zachary Taylor beach where we rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Fury Boat tours are close by. We didn’t need to rent a car There is a small pool on the property that was enjoyable to sit by on a few afternoons! We went on a Graveyard trolly tour and also did a Haunted Pub crawl Halloween night. When we visit Key West again we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Loved this spot

My husband and I stayed here for our annual Key West trip and the property and location could not be better. You can walk to all of our favorite spots on the island. Check-in and communication with hosts and property manager were excellent and everything about the Truman Annex property is friendly and inviting. We cannot wait to book again!

Our favorite place to stay!!

We have been staying in this area of Key West for years and this year definitely did not disappoint! Fabulous location, quiet but within walking distance to all of the excitement on Duval. Room was clean & beautiful with plenty of room to move, check in/out process was simple and communication was great.

Gorgeous neighborhood!

We had the best time in Key West, doing all the Key West things. And then, in a five minute walk, we could be in a quiet and safe gated community to chill. The Foundry is perfect for adults or families with older children. It was nice not hearing small children when we were ready to wind down for the evening. We will definitely be back!

Read the fine print! The condo looks like the pictures, it is two blocks from Duval Street, that is the best part. The condo was clean enough, don’t look under any furniture and their is constantly ants in the kitchen. The pool is hotter than a hot tub! The pool is hot and miserable, not cool and refreshing. The air conditioner can’t keep up with the heat, the upstairs bedroom stayed warm even when the living room was cool. We even kept all the curtains closed to try to keep it cooler and it did not help. They need window tint on the windows so you can see out, but the heat can’t come in. The parking situation is a joke! If you have a full size truck you can’t park in the whole neighborhood! So I had to park a mile away and walk back in the 96 degrees temperature, that was even at 8 o’clock at night. It was still 96° so not a pleasant walk! Not how I planned our vacation. We will never stay here again! The ridiculous thing is we stayed in this exact same building three years ago with the exact same truck and parked right in front but this year they said there’s new management so you cannot park a full-size truck in the parking lot and they would not let us park there. We had to unload and then go and move it immediately because somebody would be out there telling you you had to move it. Even though there was no one parked for at least five parking spaces every day for the whole entire seven days we could’ve parked lengthwise in the parking spot and had plenty of room.

Great location!

This was the 2nd time staying at this unit and it was again awesome. The location is perfect - close enough to walk to just about everything in Old Town and perfect location to bike to the others. This is in a historic building which helps because it was built SOLID. No thin walls etc to hear the other floors or neighbors. The kitchen was adequately equipped with everything to make our own meals. The pool was just across the street. And 2 1/2 baths was perfect for 2 couples. We would for sure stay again.

Amazing!

First time to Key West, the Townhome was the perfect location! We appreciated the directions, check in process, and communication. We were able to walk/bike to all the activities we participated in. Loved the Truman Complex, secure, a few blocks from Old Town, and beautiful with the lush, tropical trees/plants, and lovely buildings. I also liked that the unit was managed by Roberta who is local, and not through one of the companies that charge huge service fees and are hard to get ahold of. If traveling to Key West, I Highly recommend this Townhome!!
