This condo has been grandfathered in to allow for weekly rentals. One of only a few with City approval. This 2 bedroom, fully furnished condominium with brand new living room furniture and dining room table set is located in the Truman Annex, a gated community of private homes and condominiums. Located inside the Truman Annex is Truman's Little White House Museum, Eco-Discovery Center, Water Park for small children and Fort Zachary State Park. Freshly painted and upgraded with custom bedspreads, new key west style furniture, all flat screen televisions, comfortable outdoor furniture, queen bed with two twin beds that are easily converted to a king sleeper, a sofa sleeper, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer and two private balconies one overlooking the swimming pool and the other facing the courtyard. Free assigned parking spot and Free Wi-fi. Steps from famous Duval Street, sunset celebration and all the downtown action one desires. High demand book early.

Very clean place, walking distance to duval street, Roberta the host was very easy to work with. Air conditioning worked great! Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance but when it is done it will be amazing! Would stay again!

Located in a beautiful, secluded location, the property was better than advertised as far as the beauty of the premises and proximity to everything in Key West. A wonderful home base to enjoy all that the island has to offer. Bonus: the pool is only steps from the property. We had a fun, relaxing time and hope to come back soon!

Truman annex is always great place to stay. We hope it can stay a weekly rental. This condo was grandfathered in for weekly stays as the annex is trying to go to monthly rentals. It is walking distance to everything except Publix if you want groceries. This condo was second floor above the pool which was great. Clean with everything you need, dishes, towels, washer and dryer, even had a vacuum cleaner. Front and back balconies made for lovely mornings and evenings sitting outside. Roberta was easy to contact and gave great instructions for the gate codes and locks. There is also a reserved parking spot if you rent a car or drive there. The price was reasonable for the stay we had as the condo had a full kitchen as with other rooms for the same price there was no parking and no kitchen. Highly recommend this rental.

Great location

Love Key West and this is a fantastic location in the middle of everything, making all entertainment very walkable if you choose. Great pool and very friendly people.

Great location and comfortable stay

We had a great time at this property. It is conveniently located to Duval, Mallory Square, Fort Zachery, and the beach. Nice view of the pool from the balcony and overall comfortable stay.

It was a very nice place to stay! Truman Annex is close to all! Only a short walk to Duval St. I would strongly recommend staying in this condo!

Excellent Location

Safe location, great for families! Steps from the community pool. Plus a really nice neighborhood walk to local attractions like the aquarium and museums.

Great Key West getaway

Loved the place and can’t beat the price. Excellent location, walking distance to almost everything and easy for kids. Loved the pool and the fun community at Truman Annex.
