Casa Islana is a 6-bedroom ocean-view villa in Ocotal Beach with a full concierge team that handles everything before you arrive. Private chef, in-villa massages, surf lessons, sailing charters, airport transfers all arranged for you. Infinity pool, four king suites, two queen suites, every room with its own bathroom. Sleeps 12. Note: mountain road requires a 4x4. Your group shows up. We've got the rest!



The Space:

This open and airy villa boasts a gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing exquisite meals. The elegant dining area includes a beautiful ten-seat table, ideal for enjoying your culinary creations. The expansive living room offers generous seating, providing an ideal setting for a relaxing movie night.



The villa has six beautifully furnished bedrooms—four with king-sized beds and two with queen-sized beds. Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom for extra privacy and convenience.



Luxury Linens and bedding, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Ocotal Beach is only a five-minute drive away, and is where the popular Father Rooster’s restaurant. The condo is only a 10-minute drive to Playas del Coco, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.



Getting Around:

Taxi services are available to Playas del Coco, and only 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR).



Other Things to Note:

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
