Enjoy the Mayan Riviera by staying in this exclusive home located in Puerto Morelos a fishing village and a snorkeling-diving destination featuring the world's second largest barrier reef with a downtown square and pristine beaches protected by the reef.
A laid-back Caribbean destination supported by its scattering of boutique hotels, villas and small restaurants and tourist shops.
It's the ideal location for those who want a quiet beach vacation away from the glitz, but with ample tourist amenities. The pier in the center of town hosts snorkel and sport fishing boats.

A beautiful Caribbean home perfectly located, 8 minutes to the beach and just a few blocks from the main highway carretera federal 307 the main north-south route on the peninsula. It is located roughly halfway between Cancun and Playa del Carmen on the Caribbean coast of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula.

A 2 story townhome in a newly built and gated community. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Home is very comfortable, the first level includes the living area, dining, kitchen, reading area and a full bathroom. The living room has a large TV and Wi-Fi throughout the home.

The second level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 2 balconies.

The patio is furnished with table, chairs, umbrella, and lounging chairs.

The pool area is walking distance a few steps away and has lounging chairs, tables and pergola area.

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom, Queen bed, Walk in Closet and Full Bathroom, Balcony.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Closet

Bedroom 3: Two Twin bed, closet and balcony.

For more adventure, you may want to explore the Cenote Route 3 kilometers away and the Mayan archeological ruins of Tulum, Chichen Itza and Coba or the nearby ecological water parks of Xel-Ha and Xcaret. Diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, and jungle tours are also available. Or see a different view of the beach from a Jet Ski or Sea Kayak. Also nearby are the Xaman Ha aviary and a championship golf course designed by Robert Von Hagge.

This property was fantastic. Beautiful, well maintained community, quiet, pool was fantastic. Walking distance to all amenities and short cab ride to the beach. Host was quick to respond, very well equipped and very comfortable beds. We will be going back for sure.

Great Community

We had a lovely stay at this townhouse. Wonderful gated community, pool and amenaties. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The townhouse was exactly as advertised, no surprises. Our host was very gracious and available if needed at all times. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation Hideaway

It was a great place to stay that fit our family of 5 beautifully! Unfortunately, it rained most of our stay so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor amenities, but the pool and backyard patio were great!

Peurto Morelos first time visit

Property was as advertised plus. Taxi is inexpensive to beach and pool is just steps away. Internet was spotty but adequate for the most part. Host reacted guickly to any issues. Very happy with the area. It was easy for us to find English speaking services and the restaurant food is excellent. Would recommend the unit and PM.

First Mexico trip

Lovely apartment in a very quiet area of Mexico, but close enough to all tourist places in the area. Pizza place around the corner is great and you can order in English via WhatsApp. Owners were very responsive to enquiries and the few issues we had were resolved quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for future trips to Mexico.

Snow bird getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Palma Grande. The home was spacious and well furnished, even a washer and dryer. The owner took care of any problem that came up immediately. It was a guarded community so we felt very safe. There were plenty of small restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It was only 8 pesos to take the bus to the beach. I recommend the pizza shop which was about 4 blocks away from our rental.

This is in a very safe neighborhood. It is a beautifully decorated and well-maintained

I would highly recommend this property. It is a 10 minute taxi drive to the beach. The owners have a well-maintained unit which is beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is a gated community so you feel very safe.
