Perfect Wedding House

My daughter & son in law picked this house for their beach wedding. I can not say enough good things about our stay and the house. Pam kind & helpful thoughout the whole process of planning our stay & the wedding.

Amazing! Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed a week long stay at Salty Kisses with family and friends, and could not recommend enough! This upscale, beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, amazing, and in the perfect location. Had good communication with owner and renter. Appreciated them very much!

Extravagant Vacation Paradise Home

By far the most beautiful and eloquent vacation home I have ever stayed in. The location is awesome. The home was spacious and provided everything you could imagine. Just an amazing property. The owner is very gracious and caring. Five star plus VRBO❣️

Family Fun

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. The home was perfect for our family of six adults and two toddlers. We had plenty of room to spread out and spaces to enjoy our time together. The house has a well stocked kitchen. It made cooking meals so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend for family and friends!

Wonderful Spot for the Family

We gathered with our family of 23 and this listing was exactly what we needed for a relaxing get away! Even in the cool, rainy winter, the kids loved the heated pool and digging in the sand through the day. The teenagers primarily hung out in the basement, but had space to walk the beach if they wanted to get away. Great views! Wonderful proximity to everything! Will rent again and already recommended to others. A little gem on Pensacola Beach.

PERFECT

Our family ages range from 82 to 2 years. Walkway to beach and elevator allowed our 82 yr old Poppy to be on the beach and pool with the kids. Separate downstairs TV and game rooms for kids allowed them to be together without being underfoot during meal prep. The beach view flawless. Thank you for allowing us to vacation there.

All great, had issues with the washers and dryers. Very dirty and full of sand, mold, etc.. Also had WIFI out for multiple days. Overall outstanding and we will be booking again..

A Perfect Family Getaway

I spent a week here with my husband, three year old, brother, sister-in-law, their one year old, and my parents. It was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of room, huge balconies overlooking the ocean, super nice bathrooms, and the grandest kitchen. The decor wasn’t overly stuffy or cheesy like most beach homes we looked at. And the location was perfect. Serene and beautiful. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We’ll be back!

Dreamy, Stunning Beach House With It All

My family and I absolutely loved everything about our stay at 906 Ariola! Not one detail was missing and it was more than we could have ever asked for. The views from every room and angle of the house are breathtaking. Not to mention the direct access to the beach and all the house had to offer for the perfect beach day was thought of and available for use. The kitchen had all of the supplies and appliances needed to host an event (serving trays, ice machine, every kind of glassware and utensil that you would need). In addition it was fully loaded with unexpected surprises (sound system throughout the entire home, immaculate showers, and remote powered window shades). This was the perfect home for a small, intimate beach wedding. The romantic vibes were felt all throughout the home and during our special day! We will definitely be back to book with Pamela in the future! If you’re wondering whether or not to book for a vacation, event, wedding, reunion or family getaway, don’t hesitant! You will have the best time!!

The cameras point into the bedroom and dining room and are monitored regularly

The home and beach were beautiful and clean. However, there were many issues and here are a few of them: - The owner has cameras all over the exterior of the property and two of them point into a bedroom and the dining room. You can clearly see into the bedroom and dining room at night when lights are on inside. When we arrived, we unplugged them so my young children who were changing in and out of bathing suits on the back patio would not be recorded. The owner then threw a fit about it and was totally ridiculous about the entire thing. The management company told me she checks them "all of the time" which is creepy in my opinion. - There were very few rolls of toilet paper and other basic essentials. - The owner tried to blame damage to the home on us. She claimed we broke speakers, door handles and a variety of other things. My father who was in a wheel chair did scratch some paint off of one of the doors which we offered to pay for. The other damage was not caused by us and there were several items damaged before we arrived (which we took photos of). - The wifi was very slow and if more than 3 or 4 devices were using it at a time, it would completely cut off. It was un-useable. When we explained these items to the owner, she was more concerned with the door we scratched and the other damage she was trying to blame us for than making any of the issues we experienced right. Although the home is beautiful and the beach is amazing, I would not recommend staying at this place.

In 7 years of providing luxury vacation homes, and ALWAYS receiving 5 STAR REVIEWS, I have NEVER hosted a guest like this one. This house is equipped with EXTERIOR cameras that face the boardwalk, driveways, front and back door. NONE of the cameras face towards the inside of the house. This is for your safety and ours. Because this is a NEW house, it is code that all of the windows be equipped with TURTLE GLASS which stops anyone from being able to see inside. Additionally, this house is equipped with power roller shades everywhere that can be closed with the push of a button. The reason this was such an issue for this renter is because he knew what his intentions were from the very beginning of his stay, and that was to WRECK my house and PARTY. He was raging about the cameras upon arrival because he knew he was going to get caught. There was over $8000 in INTENTIONAL DAMAGES. VRBO insurance paid 100% on the claims because the damages were so severe and he was found to be at fault. This is just him retaliating. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding this review and provide you with photos of the evidence of his damages. I hope to get to host you.

Wonderful family beach stay

The location, property and layout were wonderful. It really is a stunning home with great decorations and a wonderful view with functional decks. We had 14 adults and 11 kids at the house and being able to stay in one house and dine and play together was amazing. Coordinating logistics was great and the owner even recommended some great food options for us. We loved it!!

This house has all the best of everything. And the location was excellent.

We are a group of friends all over 60 who have been travelling together for over 30 years. This is the second time our group has stayed in this house and we had an amazing time. Will be back next year.

Perfect

Elegant, spacious home that makes you wish you lived there full time. Everything is so well thought out. From the large bedrooms and their window screens that operate with the flick of a switch, to a multitude of kitchen utensils and cookware…nothing was overlooked. And that is just the inside of the home. The two large decks were perfect for morning reading or an evening cocktail to watch the sunset…each with the ocean just steps away. This is definitely a home to come to as a repeat guest.

Salty Kisses for the win!

Spectacular! We loved our stay! The home is beautiful, very clean, fit five families (20 ppl) very comfortably (each family had their own full bathroom). The view is amazing and each bedroom looks out at the most beautiful white sand beach. The kitchen is well equipped and large. No such thing as too many cooks in this kitchen! We prepared many meals here and they had everything we needed. The ping pong table was lots of fun and we took the kayaks out a few times too! This is definitely the best house on Pensacola Beach. If you are so fortunate to have your dates available, you should book ASAP. Five big, bright stars!
