CLASSIC ADIRONDACK STYLE COTTAGE!

This cottage features a perfect location in the town of Lincoln, NH, central to all the western White Mountains have to offer, including over an acre of frontage on a beautiful stream right on the property. One MAIN LEVEL master with Queen and attached full bath, one UPSTAIRS bedroom with Queen and attached full bath, one kids loft UPSTAIRS with two twin beds, no bath. You are responsible for compliance with Rental Agreement and rules when booking. Children 7 and older only. Booking adult 30 years or older. Home is an antique with some features which may not be suitable for those who have difficulty negotiating stairs. Please verify the number and ages of your group before booking. All dogs must be pre-approved by owner. Please verify with owner that your dogs breed and age are ok before booking.

We had another wonderful stay. The cottage is clean and comfortable and in a great location, easily accessible to the areas many beautiful attractions and restaurants. This was our 4th time there and it never disappoints.

Perfect 3-bedroom property in the heart of the white mountains! The house made for a perfect home base to check out several different trails and hikes throughout the whites and also has easy access to bars and restaurants in Lincoln. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a get away to the white mountains with family or friends

We all loved the cottage.It was clean and cozy. The area was quiet nice country setting. The decor was very nice and loved the screen in porch.

A great choice in the Lincoln area! Clean and well stocked, with a great kitchen setup. The two covered porches weren't needed with the weather we had, but would have been fantastic if needed. The fire pit area was great, especially with the river right there. Comfortable beds and living room furniture as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and clean. Only few minutes drive to restaurants. 15 minute drive to hiking trails along with Old Man in the Mountain profile. Property has everything needed to prepare meals. I would definitely return. Three night stay. Jeff M

Really cozy place. Enjoyed the fire pit with the family with the creek right by us was a wonderful experience. Place is really close to all the action too!! Will definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at this location. It was great both times! The location is close to hiking trails and a great place to come back to after a long hike.

Quick trip to Lincoln/waterpark

The house was very nice and comfortable for the four of us and our dog. It was great having some privacy with the bigger yard and so nice to be close to everything we needed. We would happily stay again when we are in the area.

Lovely home on the outskirts of mountain town

The perfect stay in a quaint town. The home was beautiful with plenty of space. Cleaned space with plenty of items you need if you're making a home cooked meal.

Adorable house also felt clean and loved that it was pet friendly! The location was awesome for hiking spots, access to both Lincoln and Woodstock downtown, both within a few minutes drive. I had read previous comments on the house being in a neighborhood and not super remote so we weren’t surprised that it wasn’t in the middle of the woods going up there. Def a convenient location if you’re looking to explore the white mountains!

Great place

Great place with a very good location. Firepit overlooks a nice waterfall and there are plenty of cozy places to hang out inside. Check in and out were smooth, would come back

We had 3 generations and had the perfect getaway! The house has everything! The fire pit next to the brook was picturesque. Our host made sure we had everything! Communication was awesome. Really couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Great stay in wonderful cottage

Nicely renovated and equipped cottage. Convenient location near highway, Franconia State Park, Clark’s Trading Post, and numerous restaurants in N Woodstock & Lincoln. Overall an excellent stay for family & our dog.

Long weekend getaway

We enjoyed our long weekend stay with our older children so much. The property was great and had everything we needed. The yard was quaint for a family fire and the water below was beautiful.
