Our sun filled updated 1950s single family ranch home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood has all the comforts needed for a long or short stay. This is not your plain old rental. Our home is filled with original artwork and decorative items as well as many fine European antiques that blend with all the contemporary comforts. Fabulous location-just minutes to multiple universities, hospitals, historic sites and downtown Winston-Salem. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, shopping and recreational parks. Piedmont Triad Airport in Greensboro and High Point Furniture Market are each 35 min away. ***ALLERGY ALERT*** The house is professionally cleaned but dogs and cats stay here occasionally.

Third (maybe 4th) time staying here. It is always a treat. We bring our golden and she loves the backyard. The kitchen is well appointed and the neighborhood and location our excellent. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely charming, welcoming home, perfectly outfitted with everything guests need, with a beautiful, fenced back yard, overlooked by a wonderful sunroom and deck. Leigh is a gracious hostess and we had a lovely time! Hope to stay again.

Great location near Wake Forest and convenient to shopping and sites. The house is fully stocked and makes you feel at home. It has lovely enclosed and outdoor backyard areas.

Another Wonderful Stay

My family and I had another wonderful stay at this comfortable and well-appointed home. Everything was perfect from arriving to departing, with the exception that our time there went by too quickly. This is our second time staying, and I hope a third visit will be in our future. We couldn't ask for anything more; it was perfect!

Awesome location ans very safe neighborhood!

We were in Winston Salem for our son’s birthday. We stayed at Leigh’s house which was about 5 mins away in an awesome neighborhood! Leigh was great to communicate with and the house was clean and very well maintained. We would love to stay again for sure! Thanks Leigh

Comfortable and Quiet

We enjoyed staying and relaxing in this beautifully furnished house. The owners have provided many thoughtful details throughout and were great with communications. The house is located in a very quiet, attractive and convenient neighborhood.

Perfect for our needs

This was the perfect listing for our needs. Location, communication and the actual property were spot-on. Very cozy and homey interior. It’s obvious the owner takes great pride in her property and guests will enjoy their stay.

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely home. We brought our dog who loved playing in the fenced in yard. The location was convenient for us as we did some wine tours and had great meals at Midway cafe and 1703. We will definitely be returning !
