Newly Renovated!!!

Single family home with many new upgrades and a large heated pool located in the Time square area, a much desired location on Fort Myers Beach. This home has many upgrades throughout including, all new flooring, bathrooms, and furniture.WiFi, washer and dryer, flat screen TV`S with cable in the living room and Netflix in the bedroom. Brand new high quality linens and towels. This beautiful home have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Mater bedroom has a King bed with private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a King bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. You will find a nice screened in porch of the front of the house and out back a nice size heated pool and large patio area. You are just minute from the back bay for fishing and a 5 min walk to our sugar white sand beaches.

Fantastic Location and Property

We were so pleased with this property. It truly exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness and amenities. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners and he was lovely! We visit FMB every year and try different properties (hotels, condos, etc.) and this was by far was our favorite property to date. We will be hard pressed to stay at a different property next summer!

Location great.

We had a great week and the owner was very responsive to a few things we needed during our stay. The beach chairs and beach towels were a nice touch as we flew and didn’t have to buy. The location was an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants.

A lovely stay!

We stayed at the property for 6 nights and had a great time. It is very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The chairs and wagon we're so appreciated. It is also close to get off the island if you need to as well. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and the beach at sunset. We used the kitchen and had everything we needed. We had six people and noticed there was not a dining set in one place for six people. Other than that very small issue, we were very happy with our stay! Thank you, Heidi!

In the heart of everything

This was the perfect spot for our group. In the heart of everything and had everything we needed. Heidi and Bruiser were quick to respond w any questions and the house was lovely and clean. Everyone in the Neighbourhood was super friendly - the ice cream truck guy remembered our daughters name from day two! The beach is just a quick walk and so is anything you may need. Very happy with this rental amd will return.

Excellent Location

I selected this property due to proximity of things to do and it did not disappoint. The beach is a short walk across the street, tiki bar, coffee shop, ice cream place, plenty of dinner options all within walking distance. I called Heidi for instructions on how to lock the door and she answered immediately and was friendly. Really fast internet- this is especially important for me since I had to work during the day and am required to be on VPN. Minor nit-picky complaints would be only a 2 seater couch in living room and 1 side chair, so not enough for everyone. Glass tables- I have a toddler so those make me nervous. No desk in the home- would be nice to have had one in master bedroom. Again, these are nitpicky suggestions for making the place perfect :) We had a great time and didn't use the car once!

Great Weekend Stay

House is in a great location on FMB. Can walk to any of the restaurants/bars. Very clean and a beautiful back deck and swimming pool.

Great Location....

We come down each year to cycle around this great area. This is a very nice place for 4 adults. Clean, safe and well provisioned. I had a couple of questions and owner answered really quick. I would stay here again.

Great location and great local neighbors.

If you are looking for a great location, this is it! Pool temp was perfect, few steps to the beach and everyone was so friendly. There were many elderly locals that stopped to see our kids on their daily walk. It was a perfect distance to walk to the pier as well. We have been renting different houses for about 9 years now...the managers were the nicest ones we have had.
