Perfect location and amount of space for a 3 person trip. The shower is small compared to other standing showers, it could also use some shelves. Also, I would suggest more rugs to help with tracking in sand. The climate, amenities, and beds were comfortable and again location was perfect!

Apartment was clean and in a great location to walk to everything. Had everything we needed. I only wished it had access to washer/dryer. It's hard to dry towels/suits overnight. The cleaning lady was super nice and helped us with any questions/problems we had. She was a real gem. Will definitely come back again if there is access to washer/dryer. Those are really needed if you are s.taying for any length of time

We had an amazing trip which was improved with our stay in your place. It was awesome having the beach and restaurants so close. We walked almost everywhere we went. Wanted to call out Deb; she was great and very help!I recommend your place for any visit in Fort Myers Beach. ****

We really enjoy staying at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, and with everything you need to enjoy your stay, complete kitchen, bathroom with shampoo and conditioner, beach towels. Very well located, walking distance to beach and downtown/restaurants. I would stay here again.

Memorial trip

Property was in perfect location to beach and Times Square. Very clean apartment. So nice to have a large pool Would definitely stay again

Perfect location

This apartment is in the IDEAL location. We parked the car and were able to walk to all the restaurants and bars easily. You can see the beach and water from the bedroom with the king bed. The apartment is well equipped and the pool was perfect for a dip after being at the beach. We will definitely be booking this spot again!

Perfect family vacation home!

From the start Giselle (property owner) was very responsive and flexible with changes in our families needs. The cleaning lady, Debbie, was also incredibly kind, helpful always asking if we needed anything and the whole experience was wonderful.The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to the beach and to the night life easy enough for my 6 and 9 year old to do with no complaints. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future as well.

Convenient location. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen could use more plates.Maybe a stand in the bathroom to set things on. Mirrors in bedroom and TVs.

Stayed long term

We stayed in two different units for almost 2 months. The location is perfect!! Park your car- you don’t need one- and walk everywhere. Recommend renting chairs and umbrella at the beach, pizza at Peteys upper deck, Philly cheesesteaks at lani Kai, breakfast at moms down the street. You can’t beat the location of this place. Nice neighbors, pool, and beach across the street.

Location is everything

This space is just a real quick and easy walk to the beach, Margaritaville and all that Times Square has to offer. The shared pool was great for a quick morning dip before hitting up the beach. The house was supplied with the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, salt and pepper. Nothing fancy, but was very clean and the location was perfect. There is no access to laundry or beach chairs. We rented from Shaded Rentals which was SO convenient. But as long as you know these things going in, everything should be great! Communication with the owner was also very easy. Giselle was very responsive!

The location was perfect for the group, as we didn’t have a car. Beach was a 5 minute walk and restaurants/bars were close by as well. The space was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Only bummer was the pool was under renovation, which we didn’t learn about til a couple weeks before our trip. Owner did give us access to a resort pool nearby, but it was about 10 minute walk away. Owner was very responsive. We’d come back for sure!
