It is located just minutes to the beach and the “inlet” and sits on a large ½ acre canal front lot with fishing platform. This home is not suitable for those with small children due to the canal front location with steep, wooded bank. Home is equipped with everything to make a comfortable stay. The home has central AC and comes with all utensils including pots, pans, dishes, towels, and linens. The master bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable queen size adjustable bed. It has a private bath with shower and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom.

Location, Location, Location! The home is located “West of Trail” and 1 mile from Nokomis beachand Publix. There are several restaurants nearby. The Legacy Trail is in very close proximity and offers more than 20 miles of scenic biking trails. It is a quick drive to historic downtown Venice. Downtown Sarasota with all the cultural venues such as the Ringling Museum, Oslo Theater, Purple Cow – Van Wezel Performing Arts, Marina Jacks, Selby Gardens, Golden Apple Dinner Theater, The Players, Golf Courses, Dog Races, galleries and shops, including world famous St. Armand’s Circle and “The 2nd Best Beach in the world” Siesta Key . is just 20 miles.
