Great view, condo was good. The master is really uncomfortable. The chairs on the balcony are in rough shape. The reclining chairs need to be tossed out. Other than that, we enjoyed the unit.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful family stay at the beach. Perfect time of year for visiting with young children. The condo was lovely.

Great Property, great location

Really nice property. As advertised. Could use a little TLC in the kitchen but we loved the unit and would rent it again!

Great Location at the Beach!

Shipwatch condos are great. It is an older property, but nice and still "old Florida". Just two driveways away from the location of regular music events at the Playa del Rio RV Resort that are open to the public, and within 1/2 mile of plenty of restaurants and bars that you can walk to.

A Great Place to Stay

This condo was clean and comfortable. We had a small issue we noticed the first night that was immediately corrected by maintenance the next day. The mgmt company was super easy to work with and took good care of us. I will say the patio furniture could use an update, but it was still good. The view was fantastic, and the location was perfect. The beach wasn't crowded, and there is very little wait for tables at nearby restaurants.

Would not stay in this unit again. Tried to ask several questions before booking and they were not answered on here until after I needed to go ahead and book because of time. Also after booking I tried to text some questions (which I received a text from them telling me to ask questions there and they weren't answered until after I called and already got answers that way, weird)As for the unit itself- Lots of cosmetic issues. Paint chipped off doors and frames, strange marks on walls, old cable boxes pulled out from the wall and duct taped back on. Bathroom doors that don't lock because it's broken, balcony door won't lock, dead bolt for main outside door would not turn to lock. Several lights overhead and in lamps that didn't work (and it wasn't the bulbs, we tested them in other places). The Balcony furniture needs replacing in a bad way! The best chairs for relaxing are dry rotted and the seats are going to fall apart on someone any day now and someone might get hurt!Not enough outlets in bedrooms to plug in electronics, or the outlets were inset into the wall so far that modern large chargers won't plug in. Hot water didn't last through 3 showers (and we take short ones!). The blow dryer only blew cold air so I couldn't dry my hair. And the wifi would drop a lot and so we couldn't enjoy evening t.v. a lot of times. The only pool on the gulf side is very small. The location was great, But this unit needs a facelift

There were plenty of towels and kitchen was well equipped View was awesome Wish it rented Friday to Friday Splitting up weekend wasn’t accommodating

Bait and switch

The copy right that was done to rent this property was done well because we bought it hook line and sinker. The patio was disgusting with a concrete floor broken down furniture and nothing matched. No luxuary in sight. The word luxury should never have been used. These owners have agreed to update this condo based on my experience and my thoughts. Luxury coastal vacations management property handled the situation a little slower than I would have liked but they did handle it. We will be returning but not staying in this condo. Buyer beware!

Great condo

This is a great condo with a wonderful quiet location. Rooms are big, master bed is great and the patio over looking the beach is great. Can’t go wrong with this one!

Beautiful beach

Great location, on the beach and not crowded. Access to workout equipment. Two beautiful pools. Sunrise view from balcony. Dockside had a good sunset view. We’ll need to come back when it’s warmer out.
