Riverside guests have access to the Gulf-side pool, other amenities, and the spacious stretch of Gulf front paradise! Enjoy sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway, or take a quick stroll across the street to watch the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico.

The stunning balcony affords incredible views of Old River and the Intracoastal Waterway, and with plenty of seating you can enjoy your morning coffee and even dine al fresco while watching boats go by and keeping an eye out for dolphins!

All three bedrooms have a king size bed sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably.

Additional features include a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, utensils, cookware, dishware, glassware and small appliances, a dining table, high speed Wi-Fi and cable, full size washer and dryer, 24 hour check-in and local assistance!

We have stayed at Shipwatch Surf and Yacht Club before, but this unit is our favorite! The corner unit view is absolutely stunning. The unit was very clean and comfortable for all our guests. This unit has a ice maker inside the condo, which is a rare find (and very convenient). We loved to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We plan on booking future vacations here. Overall great experience!

Family friendly

This condo has everything you need for a small family vacation. We enjoyed the quiet area away from all the crowds. We fished and crabbed on the dock and watched many beautiful sunsets from the balcony. This condo is exactly as advertised.

Overall, a good condo. A few problems though. The outside riverside balcony ceiling fan didn't work. That really would have come in handy being as it was very hot outside. There were no curtains covering both of the sliding glass doors that went out onto the riverside balcony. Talk about a lack of privacy.

I apologize the balcony ceiling fan wasn't working and for the lack of coverings on both sliding glass doors — we know cooling and privacy matter.
