We enjoyed our stay. We love the spacious rooms and how clean and decorated it was. The only small thing I could think of was the gnats/fruit flies in the unit. It didn’t stop us from enjoying our trip! Thanks again for a fun great week!

The room was great. Property was great, could use more parking on the same side of the street as the condo but really nowhere to go with that so. we had been told that the elevators would be in service until the 14th but when we got there, there was only one elevator working.. we got there on Sunday. The sixth was a nightmare with one elevator on Monday Labor Day you couldn’t get on the elevator from 8:30 till about 11 AM. Total nightmare starting from Tuesday on one elevator was sufficient as the Labor Day crowd was gone was Tolar from there the rest of the week, supposed to be their rep replacing both elevators brand new, this property is great and will we be back? This was our second time there I would recommend this property and especially the unit we were in was very nice views were great. No complaints at all….Todd

Nice condo overall. Great gulf front view. The bed in the master bedroom was great! Kitchen had a great supply of pots, pans and utensils. The only suggestion I would give is to replace the sofa. Didn’t sit well. Also the bedrooms need smart tvs!

Beach view was wonderful, the unit itself was clean. Unfortunately I have to say the furnishings in the condo are outdated, except for the appliances. The entry door needs a fresh coat of paint and the interior especially the baseboard needs a some touch up especially in the master bathroom behind the toilet. The bed in master bedroom creaks like maybe the frame is loose. The living room furniture is very worn especially the sofa needs to replaced. There are no smart tv’s in the unit. So you can’t login to any of your apps. All those artificial plants are ridiculous. The ceiling fans also are dated. The cushion on the lounge chairs are worn needs to be replaced. I have stayed in other units there that are very niceThis one just needs a makeover. I should have taken a better look at the interior was exactly as shown on site. But unfortunately I would not stay in But I will stay in other units there because it is in a great location.

Everything was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the patio. Great space and views of the Gulf. We'll be back

And the View....

For us nothing is better than sitting on your massive balcony, listening to the waves, and taking in the view on what is a truly ocean front unit. The unit was clean, the grounds were spotless. We felt very safe with the security protocols. Can't wait to go again!

Stay was awesome and condo was exceptional, however , we are 69- 70yr. olds and there’s just not enough parking. Had to park across the street , which was challenging. Only 2 handicap parking places.
