"Hook Wine and Sinker" is a 2018 3 story home just off of 30A in Seagrove Beach. This home boasts 2,290 sq. ft. of beautifully constructed open concept living. Three full bedrooms, a loft bedroom/office, and a 3rd floor tower suite welcome up to 16 guests! Step outside the 3rd floor tower to 150 sq. ft of covered patio space with views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The open floor plan of "Hook Wine and Sinker" offers a bedroom with a Queen sized cool gel memory foam mattress, a full bath with a shower/tub combo and granite countertop vanity, and a fully stocked gourmet chef's kitchen with granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, beautiful wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove all within steps of the comfortable living room and beautiful dining room on the 1st floor.

The 2nd floor includes the Master suite with a King sized cool gel memory foam mattress, an en suite bathroom featuring a garden tub with expansive views from multiple large windows, a walk in shower, a double vanity with granite countertops, and a private balcony. You'll also find a bunk bedroom that sleeps up to 7, a loft bedroom/office that sleeps up to 2, and a 3rd full bath with double vanity sinks with granite countertops and a walk in shower, all on the 2nd floor!

The 3rd floor is an open air suite featuring the 4th full bath, a comfortable sleeper sofa with a queen sized memory foam mattress, a big screen UHDTV, and it's own wet bar and mini fridge - the perfect space for watching your favorite events and hosting get-togethers, or simply enjoying quiet time with Gulf views above the rest of the house. Outside the 3rd floor suite is 150 sq. ft. of covered patio space with comfortable seating and views of the Gulf of Mexico.

*There is a stick vacuum, broom, and mop for minor cleaning during your stay in the pantry in the kitchen. Due to Florida regulations on rental properties, we cannot leave chemicals in the home. Please feel free to purchase or bring your own cleaning supplies for your stay if you would like to clean up after yourselves!

*Check in times are set to accommodate our cleaning crews and turn around times for guests checking out same day. If you expect to arrive early, before your assigned check in time, please make a request and we will try to accommodate your request, however, early check ins are not guaranteed and if you arrive early, the house may not be clean and/or ready for your arrival.
