Property was exactly as described in a great area across the street from beach access. The host was very available and communicated very well. We had a great time.

The house was a little dated and could have been a little more clean. The location was fantastic and made our trip much more enjoyable! The house was perfect for our needs and is recommended to others.

Clean, well maintained, great location!

Our stay at the Holzworth house was great! It was very clean, and was a short walk from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Property was perfect for our short family trip. Great location and very clean.

My family came down for a quick beach trip to end the summer. The property is in great location to the beach and we had a golf cart to toot around on. Never even had to start the car after we got here. Would definitely recommend the property to anyone.

Perfect quiet spot for family

Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, very quick to respond when we had an issue with the washer. Nice extras like bikes and beach chairs.

Great location

This property is across the street to the beach access, about a 5 min walk to the sand which was perfect for us. Lots of space except the kitchen is really tiny, so if you plan on cooking lots of meals that may impact your stay. Beds were all very comfy, our only complaint was the street noise early in the morning. Would stay again.

Perfect location with everything you need. Not the Ritz Carlton but it is clean and private.

Perfect for what we needed. Place near the beach and near town. Liked the yard, made it very private. WiFi was spotty for TV viewing butok for working.

Beach getaway

The location and short walk to the beach is great. Loved the two bicycles that came with the house. The kitchen is small but was fine. Pots and pans could use an update. Had lots of towels for us and I loved that.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place and location. I saw some negative reviews about cleanliness on VRBO - however I would challenge those as the place was in excellent condition. Would recommend and stay again.
