NEW, Large Public Beach Access just across the street.

This wonderful, spacious condominium has a well-stocked, updated kitchen. The comfortable common areas have a large flat screen TV, dining area that seats 8. The spacious bedrooms offer sleeping for 8, each with TVs., In the Master there is a king sized bed, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, two double beds in the 3rd bedroom. The 2-1/2 bathrooms have been recently updated and the unit has washer and dryer. The large balcony overlooks one of the two pools. It also provides a [distant] ocean view to enjoy while sipping your morning coffee on the swing. This condo is located at the back of the complex away from the noise and bustle of 30A making it quiet and easy to relax, but it is still only a very short walk to the clear blue water and white sand beach with three nearby public access points, one with parking, bathrooms and ramped access.

Beachwood Villas are directly across 30A from the beach. This family friendly complex has just undergone an exterior renovation with new color pallet (new pics to be posted soon) and new windows and doors. The complex is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches, so it would be hard to imagine a better location. With beautiful gardens, 2 swimming pools (one heated seasonally, March and April), plenty of parking, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, corn hole and community grills. Beachwood Villas is a great location for family gatherings with multiple units available and a community room for large gatherings. There are local shops, great restaurants and a fresh fish market within walking distance or use a bike and take advantage of the pathway that runs the length of 30A. You can park your car upon arrival and leave it until departure. There is also a convenience store next door for all those things you forgot.

If you are running out of room in your car there are beach towels, several chairs, and beach toys available for your use.

We provide a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies but if you are staying for the week you will need to bring extra or there is a Publix just around the corner.

We think you will love our beach house as much as we do!

This condo was perfect for our group of 8. We had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a closet full of beach supplies. Our favorite place was the deck that over looks the pool. The beach is a short 5 min walk. The only down side to the beach is that it is mostly private. We made it work by getting a place early as the public space is limited. The sand is so white and soft and the water emerald. So gorgeous!

Great Location

This property is the perfect location for a family fun in the sun vacation! It's in between Destin and Panama City off Hwy 30a! Beautiful beaches and lots of shopping and restaurant's within walking distance.

Excellent Santa Rosa Location

Easy 5 min walk to public Beach Access. Spacious comfortable 3 bedroom condo with large outdoor balcony area. Well stocked kitchen and generous beach accessories. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and shovels and pails. Easy drive to Rosemary Beach and Seaside for shopping and walking around. Excellent family vacation spot. Thank you!

Great stay

We've been to Beachwood Villas several times and always enjoy it. The condo was convenient to everything, and there was plenty of room! Loved how close this unit is to one of the pools in the complex. Our hosts were very responsive and were kind enough to check in with us on arrival day to be sure we made it safely.

Perfect Beach Community

We love this place! We spent an entire month here, as we did in 2023 (see my Mar 3, 2023 review), and will be back again! The beach is a 5-minute walk from the door, and there are numerous restaurants & shops within easy walking distance. Other beach communities (with plenty of restaurants & shops) are close by, as are several state parks (with great walking trails). The condo is cheerfully decorated, comfortable, and well-stocked. The hosts are easy to communicate with and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Everything was … thanks John & Stacy!

Proximity to the beach was a nice surprise!

The accommodations for the price was delightful. The space is well laid out and is pleasantly spacious. The kitchen is very well supplied. This is such a great place to stay, particularly during winter months when there are very few crowds and wonderful walks on the beach. The hosts are accommodating and responsive, even checking in to make sure everyone is doing ok.

We spent a week at Mermaids welcome and had a wonderful time! The beds are firm and very comfortable, plenty of room for a family to stay! Would stay here again!

Family Vacation

My husband and I and our 2 adult children and their spouses spent a week on a family vacation. The Condo was the perfect set up for the 6 of us. It was very clean and beautifully decorated for a beach getaway. John and Stacy were very informative and communicated with us very well and were very quick to answer questions that we had. I loved the size of the porch and frequently sat in the swing. The beaches in the area are beautiful! Great location for a family vacation!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and the convenience of an easy walk to the beach. We loved the back porch area especially my little granddaughter who took a liking to the swing. The condo was well stocked on kitchen supplies which came in handy because we cooked a lot. We had plenty of room for 7 adults and one child. Thanks for making our trip memorable and very relaxing!

Good place to stay

Great location and easy beach access. There is a lot of private beach space right across the street so you may want to walk down a bit further. Great communication with owner. The bikes to use were a big plus for us as well as the chairs and beach towels. My only criticism is the sheets on the master bed and bedding.

Spring Break 2023

Beautiful condo, right across from the beach and beach access. Beds were comfortable, A/C was cold, plenty room for 2 adults in king room, 2 teens in the queen room and 4 teens in the 2 full beds room. The Jack and Jill bathroom was an added plus since there were two toilets and two vanities that the kids stared instead of 1 and 1. The pool was right down the steps and the gas station was right across the street. We had a great stay!!

Home Away from Home

Book or save this one!! 10/10!!! I would return again. We loved the space and the third floor view. The amenities were incredible. We never felt cramped in this amazing space. Only negative........we need update pans and pots. Outside of that, Incredible home!!!!!

The 30A area is so quaint. We have lived in the Atlanta area for 35 years and love the small town feel and slower pace of Seagrove. This Condo is walking distance to several restaurants , a great seafood market and the best Donut shop ever! We can ride our bikes to Publix, Seaside and Watercolor. The beaches are so beautiful.

One thing we feel sets Seaside apart is that the community sits 35 feet above sea level. As you cross the boardwalk to the beach you arrive at the edge of the dunes with a wonderful panoramic view up and down the beach.
