3 BDRM/2 BATH DELUXE INSIDE DISNEY WYNDHAM BONNET CREEK

The Wyndham Bonnet Creek is a timeshare resort inside the Disney Gates. It has 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom condos. This listing is for a 3 bedroom deluxe. It has a king in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, another king in the 3rd bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms.

Each condo has a full compliment of dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, flatware, hot pads, a microwave, coffee pot, blender, mixer, toaster, range/oven, and dishwasher. It also includes plastic trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, 2 packets of laundry detergent, small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, a tiny set of salt and pepper shakers, 2 packets of creamer, sugar, and sweetener, plus a package of microwave popcorn, lemonade mix, tea bags, and 2 pkg of coffee. There are also coffee filters, a broom, and a dust pan. There is a stereo plus DVD player in the living room.

There is a hairdryer in each bathroom and a washer and dryer in the unit.

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 21. I can t change that to the 5 nights without losing it altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don t work like that. I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if they are available.

Although Bonnet Creek is a Wyndham timeshare resort, you do NOT have to do a timeshare presentation.

The resort has 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, a playground, and outdoor chess board. There are also "porch" swings located around the lake plus several gas grills that are free to use.

Parking is in front of each building, plus there are 2 parking garages. Parking is included in the rental amount.

All taxes and fees are included in the rental amount.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.
