The resort was great, but I was unexpectedly charged for parking. Over 20/ day adds up quickly. This was a new and unexpected change for a resort I have stayed at before.

The resort is centrally located within Disney World with easy access to the parks. The property itself has a ton of amenities and very kind and helpful staff.

Great resort will be coming back to this property again!

Beautiful resort! Great communication during our stay! easy check in, love the convenient of Starbucks and restaurants on property for us! Front desk gentlemen and security super helpful when I needed some assistance!

Great Getaway

Loved our stay! Excellent amenities. It was a comfy stay. Close to attractions. Easy process the whole way through booking to our stay. Can’t wait to book again!

There were so many pools and hot tubs. It was very easy to book and everything was just as it was in the listing.We did not travel with young children but there were plenty of things there for all ages. The room was nice and clean and the laundry there in the room was also very useful.Would recommend this location to everyone.

We loved this place!

We loved this place! We loved all the activities and all the pools. We travelled with 2 other families and they were able to get us all on the same floor next to each other which was awesome. We had 11 kids ranging from 3-18 between our rooms and all of them loved it too.

Great stay!

Brought our two girls down to Orlando to visit Disney. The resort location was perfect, and the amenities fantastic! When we weren’t at a park, we were either splashing in the pool or enjoying the lazy river. So much for kids and adults to enjoy!

Perfect!

It was the perfect spot to stay while going to the Disney parks. The service was excellent, the rooms were great, that the poots were awesome. It had something for everyone.

Close to Disney

We took a few day get away to visit Disney. This location was very close to all the parks. The property was very clean and looked just as described. The check in process was quick and seamless. The pools were wonderful. It was a great stay.

Lovely Accommodations!

Our suite was clean and well furnished. All the necessary kitchen appliances were provided; however the only meal we ate in was breakfast (cereal with milk, yogurt, fruit, and of course coffee!) all of the TV’s worked and the Wi-Fi was strong. The resort was great, with a pool for each tower and several restaurants. We will definitely return!

Spring break trip

Bonnet Creek is an awesome place to stay. You dont have to leave the resort to have a great vaction. This is a timeshare resort and its the luck of the draw at check-in what room you will be assigned. We were assigned tower 3 with a parking lot view. Tower 3 was also being renovated. This in no way would stop me from staying here again. Awesome place and value being so close to Disney. Loved it.

Wonderful Place

The condos were clean and up to date. Catherine, the manager, was very nice to work with. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The parking lot, the view from the balcony, wasn’t the best, though if you call ahead, you can ask for a pool view. The ONLY thing I didn’t like about our trip is that we were asked to lie about how we booked. This made checking in almost miserable, bc the front desk did not stop prying, including calling the room. But we chose to do what was asked of us, so that was on us. Otherwise, everything else was absolutely perfect. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great Property & Location

Will cover the negative first. Even though we gave the property 5 stars; the check-in process was a nightmare. We landed at MCO at 12:30 AM and got to the property around 2AM to a long check in line to learn that the resort was overbooked and we had to stay in a 1 bedroom for the evening. We did arrive at a very busy time (Sunday before Thanksgiving) but it was still a complete bummer to have to move rooms the next day and ate up a lot of our time we had planned for other things. They gave us a $100 cash gift voucher we could spend anywhere but not sure it completely made up for losing almost a whole day of vacation to logistics. That said, rest of the stay made up for the bad start. Location is perfect for Disney parks and good for Universal (~25 minute drive.) We did both. Even though we had a rental car it was cheaper and easier to Uber to Disney. We ended up in Tower 5 in a newly remodeled 2-bedroom and it was perfect for our family. Kitchen was well stocked and we were right above the lazy river. If we had a do-over we would have asked for a room on the other side of the building as the side facing the water gets lot of noise from pool music from 9AM to 9PM. Probably won't bother some folks but for us we like it quieter. That said after 9PM the resort was quiet and we slept very well in the comfy beds. Host was super responsive to all emails. There are some wonky rules you have to follow on check-in but for us they were no big deal. Would stay again.
