Historic, circa 1867 home on Tattnall St. Entire home with courtyard, 3 blocks from Forsyth Park. Antique furniture and original artwork. King size bed in loft with lounge area, terrace and bathroom with shower. Queen bed on main level, bathroom with shower/tub. Quaint, original kitchen with updated appliances. Beautiful courtyard with grill. Perfect for bride to be!.....Stairs are original to home, smaller than today s standards. ***Please note, not suited for guests with physical limitations.

Amazing quiet and quaint

I booked Hollys cottage for a weekend getaway to see the Savannah Bananas game and was not disappointed. I kept this place a surprise from my girlfriend and she fell absolutely in love with it.

The location was perfect. It was close to the free bus transportation which was an unexpected plus! Owner was very responsive and helped us adjust the hours of our stay to accommodate our schedule. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Holly’s Cottage! Holly truly thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was adorable and very clean. The mattresses were amazing! The location was perfect for walking to ForSythe park and other shops in the neat downtown area. I felt like the cleaning expectations upon our departure were extremely reasonable and minimal, compared with other homes we have rented. Holly was very responsive to our needs. We absolutely cannot wait to come back and would most definitely stay at Holly’s cottage in the future.

Quaint cottage

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was very clean, had comfortable beds and furniture, and everything you want to do was a walk or short drive away. Also our dog loved it!

Enjoyable Stay

We had a great long weekend in Savannah. We loved the cottage and location. So pretty and comfortable. The upstairs bathroom is a little small but that is what it is when you stay in beautiful old cottage. The host was great. Thank you!

Great cottage

Enjoyed the cottage. If we were a wee bit younger, we would have walked everywhere. Just a short drive or walk to all things touristy. Had a great time, loved the cottage.

Amazing stay!

The property is like something out of a dream!! So beautiful and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was beautiful. Close walk to Forsyth, easy Uber drive to River St, and many restaurants and shops around. We will definitely be back.

Girls Getaway

Perfect place for 3 of us from Milwaukee, Duluth and Jersey. Outdoor patio great for morning coffee and evening wine. Easy to walk everywhere. Felt comfortable and safe. Beds very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

My husband, Ron, and I are living our dream in the beautiful, charming city of Savannah, GA. We moved here from NC in 2017 after purchasing this historic property and guest house, which had always been a dream of mine, and to create a short term vacation rental. After a year and a half of lots of tender love & care, sweat and tears, we created this charming and cozy home, full of antiques that I have collected for over 30 years. We are full time residents of Savannah and proud parents of two rescue terriers, Nigel & QBee, who love walks and picnics in Forsyth Park!
