Excellent stay

This property is beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped in the kitchen! The location is perfect, just steps to Forsyth park and walkable to every location we wanted to go in the city. Highly recommend!

Well equipped and well located getaway

The property is as advertised. Jason was immediately responsive and helpful with our tiny issues. Property was very clean and orderly. Very well located for all that we wanted to do. No demerits!

Beautiful property and great location!

We planned a long weekend to visit our friends and family. The property was in a great location and equipped with everything needed. Very clean and comfortable. We really loved using the outdoor space for meals by the fireplace. The neighbors were so friendly too. We will definitely be back.

Couldn't ask for more

Having stayed elsewhere several times made us appreciate this property much more. The attention to detail, cleanliness, location, ammenities was all top notch. Everything was much better than expected. I thought the reviews must be fake because I didn't see one negative review but after staying at this place I can see why everyone loves it. We had one very small issue the first night but Jason was quick to take care of it and everything else went smoothly. I guess if I was going to nit pick and pick one small negative it would be that the windows don't open but that seems to be the case with most buildings in the area and I can definitely live with that one small negative compared to all the great positives this place has to offer. Location is also fantastic and within walking distance to everything in the park.

This rental was awesome! Jason was easily reachable and answered all questions. In quiet neighborhood, easy to walk to parks, restaurants, stores, etc. would definitely stay again!

First time in Savannah!

We visited with friends and couldn’t have been happier with this rental! This is a perfect place for 2 couples; we both had our own bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was nicely appointed with dishes and some basic spices etc. We ate out, so didn't use the kitchen other than to make coffee and open a bottle of wine. We enjoyed sitting out back and used the outdoor fireplace. Parking is a challenge in a lot of Savannah, but we were able to easily park in front of the home with no problem. The house is just a couple of blocks from Forsythe Park. We walked everywhere and even down to the river (maybe 20 mins?) and felt safe going back and forth. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house!

Our party of 3 adults took a quick trip to ABQ/Santa Fe and were lucky enough to stay in this amazing house. Communication with the owner is superb, the house is furnished comfortably and has everything you need and more. The neighborhood is clean & safe & very easy to get to Old Town, a grocery store & restaurants. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to NM.

Perfect base for Savannah visit

Loved our stay here. Furnishings, bedding, kitchen appliances, etc all top notch. Extremely clean and comfortable. There is an entirely private back patio with gas fireplace to enjoy while eating outside or just hanging out. Neighborhood felt very safe. Free parking on street right outside our apartment. So close to Forsyth Park, and we only used our car to day trip to Tybee Island. 2 couples would easily fit here. This will be our new go-to on future Savannah trips..Thank you Jason for the pride and care you have obviously put into this property!

Wonderful!

Beautiful and well equipped accommodation on a quiet side street near Forsyth Park. Easy parking (even on an holiday weekend) and easily walkable to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfectly Charming Get-Away

We loved our stay at this beautifully renovated townhome. It is perfect for a small family or girls trip. It was spotless and clean upon arrival, and you can see the care and love that went into maintaining this lovely place. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make the space your home for a short while! Thank you for making our visit to Savannah so enjoyable!

Property was just as pictured. Very clean and up to date. Perfect location and very quiet. All amenities you need are there and great bed and bath linens. Very comfortable. Great outdoor space as well. Jason is a top-notch host and communicated very well. He was very responsive if you had any questions. Do not hesitate it you are looking to visit Savannah. Highly Recommend. 5 STARS!

Wonderful House

It was a family affair there to celebrate our daughter graduating from SCAD. We had a great time and the house was perfect for us all. Easy to walk to all the great restaurants and park.

Absolutely Perfect

We have stayed at many rentals, none better than this. Wonderful in every way. Parking was easy. Location is perfect. It had everything we needed. We cooked every day, and I have never seen a better stocked kitchen. Check in and check out were simple. I highly recommend staying here. If I ever come back to. Savannah, I plan to stay here.
