The room was as described and we had a relaxing stay. Paula provided coffee supplies and the room was equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave. The place is new a very clean. We would definitely return when in the area.

Perfect location to shopping, dining in AG. Short drive to Pismo Beach to spend the day. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable room for the two of us!We will definitely return!

The room was super clean and had a very nice smell to it. The bed was so comfortable and the host left waters and coffee for us to enjoy. Host was very good about communicating as well. Definitely would stay here again.

If you are looking for a quiet,clean, close to everything place this is it. You can be anywhere within minutes. Great bed to sleep on. Bath spotless. Paula is a great host. Stayed 12 days and enjoyed everyone of them. Thank you Paula.

This is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. The location is close to the water and San Luis Obispo. We appreciated the responsiveness of Paula to our questions before and during the stay.

Weekend getaway

My wife and I had a great time, this place was perfect for us for that quick weekend getaway. Quiet, easy to get to, and the hosts were very friendly. I recommend anyone who is looking for that weekend getaway to book this place you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Paula, the host, was very helpful. The Suite was perfect for us - it was very clean and neat and in great condition. Location was very nice. I would highly recommend this property! Thanks for a great stay.

Thanksgiving getaway

It was a lovely visit at the Ranchita....clean, comfortable, peaceful and in a great location close to the beaches, downtown and all places of interest. Paula was a wonderful host and got back to us right away on any questions/ concerns we had and made wonderful suggestions about places to see and restaurants to dine at. We had a lovely stay here!
