Nice Quaint little Space

It was either through email or texts, which I didn’t mind at all. Loved it!

The Studio was just right for our first visit to Oceano.

Not too bad. Bed not very comfortable was our main complaint but overall nice stay.

Only issue was a slight delay in reviewing and approving my request for staying an additional day. I had almost had removed all of my times and loaded into my truck before I received the approval. They were very nice and apologetic for the delay, and noted it was a system issue. Otherwise, everything was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is an excellent location and that was the main reason I picked it. I wanted to be walking distance to the beach. The place itself has almost no place to put your clothes and being a neat and tidy couple was challenging for us. The bed also did not feel like a queen size and it was hard. I also wish there was a proper kitchenette and not taking up bathroom counter space. The trash cans area also tiny. The complex itself has extremely thin walls and narrow parking spaces. Our condo had no A/C which was okay but would get stuffy quickly. Overall, for the price and cleanliness, it is to be expected. Booking the place was extremely easy.

Reviewer Comments: Well I have enjoyed the opportunity to take my parents to visit with family and friends who camp at the RV state park across the street unfortunately an emergency medical event with my mother necessitated us leaving the next morning to take mom to the hospital thanks to God for the wisdom to do so,she is much better we brought her back home this afternoon.Nice place I didn’t have a chance to ask if you had a exercise fitness facility?
