Great golf trip

We booked here because it was located near all the golf courses my husband and I were playing on our golf trip. The unit was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals. Although it was a bit chilly for us to use the pool, we did use the fitness center which had some weight machines and free weights for our workouts. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Davenport

Nice apartment, had everything we needed. Owner Ryan was quick to answer any questions we had prior to arrival. Good sized pool, nice gym. Would definitely come back

Good for Family

We stayed here with our two kids and it worked out perfectly. It's about 30 minutes from the parks. We didn't use any of the amenities like the pool since we were at the parks all day. The unit was clean.

Great stay

The apartment was great, nice and clean with everything we needed. Around 30 minutes drive to Disney and 40 minutes drive to universal.

Exactly what was described

Great location on RT27. Publix supermarket is right out side the complex. The pool and buildings were quiet for our stay. The biggest issue we had for our stay was getting in late and having no paper towels or toilet paper and a small one inch bar of soap.

As Advertised

This property was just perfect for our trip to Florida. The condo was clean, had plenty of kitchen items for cooking meals, plenty of towels (even beach towels) and was just as it was pictured. The community was quiet and the pool and clubhouse were wonderful. We stayed here while we visited the Disney parks and we knew the drive was going to be longer when we booked the property. But staying at this condo was worth the extra time in the car. This condo was well priced, very clean, and we well stocked with anything you could need (linens and cooking items.) We would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo, not so close to Disney/Orlando

My husband, 2 teen children, and I stayed for 5 days in early June. The condo was lovely, super clean, and comfortable. Everything is thoroughly labeled in the condo and the kitchen is well-stocked. The pool was great - well kept, plenty of seating and space, although it was never crowded. The only complaint about the condo is truly not the fault of the owner. There is a neighbor that smoked marijuana throughout the day and night outside on his deck. The smell was awful. If we opened the door to the deck, the smell came inside the condo. It could be smelled at the pool throughout the day and permanent residents who were there also communicated their aggravation with it. When he wasn’t smoking, the deck was enjoyable, however, it was hit or miss cause it seems he did it all day, everyday! Not the owners fault and really nothing they can do about it but it was unpleasant. Lastly, the drive in to Orlando for area attractions took no less than 50 minutes. We left as early as 6:30am and as late as 9am to get to different parks 4 out of our 5 days there. Each time the drive took 50+ minutes. Traffic played a major part in that, I’m sure.

Amazing stay!!

It was our second stay at this beautiful condo.It's very clean, nicely appointed with all the essentials and within walking distance to groceries store (Publix), restaurants, etc..Love the balcony, very private with stunning views of the pool and all it's surroundings. Amazing times and looking forward to our next stay.

Apartment was as advertised, clean and with everything you need. Location is good, short walk to Publix and bars/ restaurants. Small issue we had with kettle not working was resolved the next day. We would definitely stay here again.

Florida Vacay

The condo was just as described. Comfortable bed to sleep in and a nice deck to sit out on and enjoy the warm weather. As I review this I am at home in Indiana and the temperature is 24, I sure wish I was back in Florida. If I ever go back to the area I will sure go back to this VRBO!

Second around

Another stay at this beautiful quiet affordable condo away from the chaos and traffic of the parks in Orlando. Yes, you may have to drive 20+ mins to get to most theme parks, but a bulk of that time will be stress free. That coupled with the price, space, lovely surroundings, and this is a wonderful find! And we will stay again in the near future!!

Wonderful!

We had such an amazing stay at this property. The condo was very clean and quiet, as well as the property grounds. The pool was great, and was never crowded. The property owner was communicative and responsive. EVERYTHING is provided— beach towels, clothes hangers, fan, dishes/cups, grilling utensils— even the small things, like scissors and tape, that you don’t think to bring on your trip. It’s not far at all from a ton of restaurants, and Disney of course. A little further from Universal, but the quality (and affordable price!) of the property more than makes up for the distance. We would recommend this to anyone, and would stay again in a heartbeat! Don’t hesitate to book, you will love it! God bless!

This condo is absolutely amazing. Very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location to all amenities. Loved the view from the balcony. So relaxing. Can't wait to be back.

Property far from all the attractions

Let me just say first as far as the property it's very nice and the area is nice and quiet. But if you but if your plan on doing Disney related events like universal studios or anything it's a long drive from way out in Davenport you might want to choose something in Orlando. Now I have no complaints about the property the TV cable channels are very shaky they stopped and start stop and start. ALSO the host Carl very non responsive IT TAKES him a long time to respond back. Also check out its 10:00 a.m. if you stay anytime over that he's going to at Add you on $50 late fee He is not a friendly host my opinion kind of money hungry. When I found out how far the property was away from all the real attractions like universal studios or SeaWorld. I wanted to cancel the reservation. NO cancellation with this host. BE VERY CAREFUL BOOKING WITH HIM. Property nice just way too far out and the host is undesirable I won't rent there again..
