This newly refurbished sixth floor beach themed condo has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Whether you plan to enjoy beautiful sunrises on the balcony in the morning and sunsets in the evening, surfing or bike riding, or just relaxing on the sand, this condo is for you! The master bedroom has a new king size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The new white kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances are all part a fully equipped kitchen to prepare any meals if you decide to. There are TV's in every room, free wi-fi, and board games to enjoy. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided.

The outdoor heated pool is oceanside along side a hot tub. There are lounge chairs, tables with seating, and BBQ grills for guest use. The well maintained resort has free parking and is secured for privacy and safety as you need a key to enter and leave the premise.

Located directly on beachside next to Sunglow Pier which is home to Crabby Joe's for casual dining. Fishing is also available off the pier. We are 10 miles from Daytona Airport, 38 miles from Sanford Airport, and 78 miles from Orlando International Airport.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This is our third summer staying in Pam and Tom's condo and my family has had nothing but wonderful experiences there. The condo far exceeds the description. Pam and Tom go out of their way to include so many extras and special touches. We always have everything we need and more. We are looking forward to our visit again next summer.

Welcoming and Charming

The place was exactly as described. Pam was in contact to keep us posted about our stay and very honest about the property. We were there for the 2024 AAU Competition that was held at the Ocean Center and the location worked out fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for helping to make our stay relaxing, peaceful, and enjoyable.

Absolutely Perfect

Being our 3rd year doing Jeep Beach we found Pam & Tom’s location by chance and I must say it was a BINGO! The location for us was perfect. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Daytona Beach proper and we enjoyed the quiet at the property. It was by far the best location we stayed at so far and are planning staying again next year. Definitely 10 out of 10 for us. Thanks Pam & Tom

Best rental property we have stayed in

The apartment was spacious, super clean, beautifully decorated, with everything you needed and more. The host left us a bottle of wine, which was an unexpected surprise. The beach is right there. Close to everything. Will definitely return. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had the BEST week staying in Daytona Shores. While there was no pool because of the hurricane in 2022, we still enjoyed this ocean front property immensely! Pam was incredibly communicative and the unit include everything you could possibly need for a week at the shore. The condo is decorated nicely, beds were comfortable, kitchen had plenty of dishes and bathrooms were nicely updated. The little touches of including dish soap, paper towels, beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, etc. were greatly appreciated. We could've packed less honestly but some places say they have something and then don't. This property did not disappoint! We hope to be back some day and would definitely rent here again!!

Best Condo EVER

Another AMAZING family vacation in the books! This is our second summer staying here, and it never disappoints. Just when we think it couldn’t get any better, it always does. The condo far exceeds the description, and it comes with so many extras. The owners go out of their way to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We had friends staying in another unit at the resort, and they just went on and on about how much nicer and updated our condo was. We were literally booking the condo again for next summer before we had finished unpacking and getting settled in. We can’t wait for our next visit. Let the countdown begin!

Awesome getaway at perfect condo

We had a great week at this condo. It was very clean and loaded with everything we would of needed if we forgot to pack something. Lots of little extras that made it special. It was quiet and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the balcony with views and breezes both from ocean and river. People watching was really fun with all the activities of rebuilding going on since the hurricane. It was in an ideal location for getting to lots of places for entertainment and food. We look forward to our next visit when more of the Sunglow Resort is finished with hurricane repairs.

Amazing Place

Everything was amazing, check in process was a breeze. Pam, the owner was able to accommodate some last min changes with needing an extra night. The place was super clean, even had beach chairs, boogie board, sand shovel….was just an amazing place to stay and communication with the owner was great as well :)

Sunglow Daytona Beach

This is our 5th year staying at Sunglow for Jeep Beach & have stayed in several different condos. Our condo this year was beautiful & had excellent views of the ocean & the river. We had great communication with the owners & they even left us a bottle of wine with a personalized greeting card! We will definitely book this room again!

More than expected

My friend and I stayed for a long-awaited getaway. The condo was better than we had expected. The pictures don't do it justice. The furnishings and materials choices throughout made it so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The balcony gave us a great view of the ocean to watch the storms coming in. We will definitely return if we head this way!

PERFECT! JUST WHAT WE NEEDED!!

My husband and I reserved the condo for 4 days and everything about it was great! It was clean, comfortable, well-decorated and the beach access was super convenient. The bedding was comfy and we truly appreciated the wine and snacks that awaited us upon arrival. The hosts are responsive, accommodating professional and very kind. We absolutely plan to reserve this condo again and will refer others as well.

Beyond expectation, but no pool at the moment.

We just loved the place! We are a family of four with 2 daughters in the age of 6 and 8 years old. At arrival we noted that the main building is having some age to it. But when we entered the appartment it is a whole new world. It is very clean and cozy, feel modern and well taken care of. Beds are very nice, big, and comfy. We had a very nice and personal welcome even tho Pam was not there in person. She was very fast to reply on messages if there was anything we needed ask for. There is some beach toys that was very appreciated by our kids. The kitchen is very well equiped and there is some salt, pepper, oils. We had the most wounderful stay and we just loved the beach. But note that there is no pool at the moment. There have been a hurricane strike in November last year (2022) that made lot of damage on many buildings and properties along the coast of Daytona. Many hotels and buildings along the coast lost their beach side pools. When we made reservation of this condo we had pool as a criteria, we are happy that we did not know the pool is in ruins. We did not miss the pool at all, the beach was much better than a pool. Access to the beach is open and easy to get to. If you read this review, dont bother to look further. You will not find a better place with this "bang for the buck" ratio. We couldnt ask for a better place to stay. :)

Perfect Condo for Vacation

This condo surpassed expectations, it was everything that they said it was. Better than we expected. Very well furnished and well appointed, comfortable, and thoughtful amenities throughout. We did not need to bring anything but our clothes and toothbrush. The host was fantastic - very responsive, excellent taste and communication, and most importantly understands the value of customer service. We felt incredibly welcomed including a personalized note and bottle of wine (that was delicious) the snacks were good too, we took them to the track. Everything in this condo is as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and everything in the unit was clean, linens and towels were new and clean and the view from the deck was beautiful. The condo was perfect, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We would love to stay again when visiting Daytona Beach if it is available. Cute Condo Beachside

This newly renovated condo surpassed expectations (pics don’t do it justice). Well appointed, comfortable, and thoughtful amenities abound. The host was fantastic - very responsive, excellent communication, and most importantly understands the value of wonderful customer service. We felt incredibly welcome including a personalized note and bottle of wine. The holiday decor was icing on the cake.

Beautifully Appointed Condo

Everything in this condo is as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The welcome bottle of wine and snacks were much appreciated after a long day of travel. Pam was great to work with and answered my one question quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the deck was terrific. The value is terrific and we will stay again when visiting Daytona Beach.

Pros and Cons - Overall Great Unit

Pros The unit was immaculate and well maintained, probably the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in. The owner was great to communicate with and was incredibly thoughtful, even leaving a personalized banner in the front entryway celebrating our milestone. The artwork in the unit was really nice and appeared to be handmade along with the personalized greeting card. While the building is older, this specific unit is nicely updated. The elevators were very fast. The unit came very well equipped and we only need our clothes and food to enjoy a great vacation. Some of the items included were toilet paper, a portable cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and a few beach toys. The unit had a good TV and a landline phone for local calls if you needed to make any to order food or check in with a local business. There were strategically placed nightlights throughout the unit which was a great addition. The balcony has incredible views of both the ocean and the river with really comfortable seating and an outdoor table. The building provides luggage and shopping carts for residents to use. The front desk lady Mary was great to deal with. Cons The couch was not very comfortable and the TV was at an awkward angle from one of the couch seats. We prefer a firmer bed and found the master bed was too soft for our liking, if you like a softer mattress then you will enjoy the bed. We also found the bed did move a lot if you have a partner that turns often. There is no in-suite laundry and the shared laundry is not on the same floor, it is coin operated and you can get change (quarters) at the front desk. The unit is located by the trash chute which smells occasionally when entering or exiting the unit, it does not impact your enjoyment while in the unit. The front desk clerks (other than Mary) were just okay to deal with. We were required to display a parking pass on our dashboard which indicated the unit we were staying in and the last date of our stay. We have stayed in many buildings in Daytona and this has never been required. We were a bit confused as to why our unit number needed to be displayed and felt it was a safety concern as anyone from the public could enter the parking lot and easily see which units are occupied, these units could then be targeted later if someone desired to. I think Sunglow Resorts needs to reconsider how they handle parking passes. Overall a fantastic unit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to book in the Daytona area.

Absolute Must Stay!

From the very moment you walk in, it smells so clean and fresh. The condo is nicely decorated and everything looks brand new. We go on vacation as a family every year and this may have been our favorite condo. The view was great and you are just steps away from being on the beach. The condo owners take such special care and touch to make sure your stay is wonderful. Every little detail makes you know that they are thinking about you. Check in was super easy. We will certainly be back again and when we do, we will be looking to book this condo! -Patton family of 4 had the best time!
