This property was very clean The kids love the pool & club house water park and it's just 16 min from Magic kingdom 10 min from Walmart and all other restaurant it's very convenient location

Beautiful home, very clean, and well equipped with everything you might need for your stay; the beds were comfortable, although the AC was a bit confusing for the upstairs. The pool and hot tub were great. We will definitely recommend this property.

The layout of the house was better and we expected through the pictures. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. The house was very spacious to accommodate our bigger party. The neighborhood had lots of activities for the kids and things to do.

This was a great rental - the property was beautiful, and I was surprised by how many things were provided in the home. They really thought of everything. The owner was quick to respond when needed as well. Would definitely use this rental again!

Have seen a few comments re AC temp - we had no issues. We set at 73-74 degrees. Very comfortable. Communicating with the host was brilliant - very reactive to the few little issues we had - expected over the course of a month stay. No dealings with the management company so can’t comment. Was surprised they didn’t pop along. But like I say the host was reactive and on top of things. Patio door a little stiff. A second set of sheets would be useful. Although that said, I asked for one and voila, delivered. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location to stay for both Disney and universal! House was very nice and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub right there at the house with the perk of having the community pool and water slides for the kids to use as well. We had a small issue with the hot tub and pool not being heated the day we arrived. I reached out to the property manager and the problem was fixed immediately the next morning. There are tons of shops and restaurants right down the road for any shopping necessary during your stay. Truly had a great experience overall!

We stayed for 14 nights. Lovely Villa . Close to all Disney Parks. Owner responded to queries very quickly. Definitely would recommend this villa. We had an amazing stay!

Windsor hills is a very attractive and gated community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
