The house was exactly as described and more! It was spacious, well decorated, close to the parks and clean! The pool was especially pristine - no bugs or leaves, unlike any of the houses we rented in the past. Josh (host) answered all our questions, making the check in and out process smooth. Highly recommend!

This was an AMAZING child/family friendly home! This Disney decorated home made you feel magically welcomed as soon as you walked in the door. My grandchildren were just thrilled and had a difficult time choosing their room! The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We travel with 8 of us this house has more than enough room. Josh is a very good host and we will definitely be back. He has thought of everything,the themes are just awesome and the garage feels fully immersive. I highly recommend for your stay.

We had many pleasant surprises at this location. No extra fees for heating the hot tub. We found a surprise game room we didn’t see the first day. The attention to detail made every room an adventure. Our host was over the top helpful.

Phenomenal home with excellent Disney theming! The house was clean and in a very quiet gated community. Check in and out were both easy. The beds were super comfy, playing games in the Cantina was so much fun, and the private pool with hot tub was a fantastic way to relax after a long day at the parks! The Disney parks were all about 20 minutes away or less, and Universal was about 30 minutes away. We had a wonderful stay in this home and can't wait to come back!

This was our second stay at this property. Everything was just a great as the first time!House is very clean and well stocked with bedding, towels, and everything you need in the kitchen.We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we bring the family to Florida.

Absolutely amazing Home! It had everything you could want for a Disney vacation or just a getaway to relax by the pool. We were there during April break, so the main pool was a bit busy so it was nice to have a private pool in the back. Each room was painted and decorated to perfect perfection! All the kids loved it and had a blast!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we simply love it. Lots to do, plenty of space, and the perfect pool temp. We’ll be back again sometime for the 3rd time for sure!!

We would definitely rent this home again! Communication with the host was easy with quick responses. The house was clean, beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked (they have a Keurig and coffee pot, fyi). Each room has a fun Disney theme with a lot of little decorative extras through the house. The game room is an extra bonus- the decor is so fun and the game tables kept us busy. There’s plenty of furniture by the pool and the house overlooks an open field and lower pond so there’s no one behind the house. The neighborhood was quiet- which we loved. We’ve been to Windsor Hills a few times and it’s always great. The community pool, splash pad and water slides make for a nice, relaxing day and the staff is always so nice and helpful. They’ve upgraded the little store since we were there last and it was so nice. The food is always good and you can get cocktails that are also decent.

From the moment we stepped foot into this home, we felt the magic! Every room was more than we expected. Perfect for our party of 11 (7 adults, 4 children 3-9 y/o). Home was large enough where we had our own space and there was no running into each other. The community amenities were excellent too! We used the pool, splash pad/water slides and fitness center. 10/10 stay. Amazing communication from the property owner! If you’re reading this, book it! Don’t think twice!

Good communication - house is well-maintained and decorated nicely for a young children with Disney themes- 18 minutes from Disney World and 30 minutes from Universal - very nice quiet community too

Our whole family enjoyed staying at this property! The convenience to the parks can’t be beat. The resort itself comes with its own fun water park and game room. And the house is just as pictured. Would definitely come back!

Perfect off site disney stay!

Our kids said this was their favorite place they have ever stayed! Close to Disney and fun themed rooms, clean and well equipped home. We would all highly recommend!

Amazing property, great location

Our family had an amazing stay! Wonderful hosts and property. We definitely want to stay here again! The location can’t be beat and the amenities at the home and in the resort exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for anyone with kiddos visiting Disney!

We would definitely recommend staying at this house! Loved all the Disney touches and the proximity to the parks made it super easy! The fact it was gated made us feel even more secure

This truly was an amazing place to bring my family. We stayed last week during spring break and the kids did not want to leave the house. The pool area is where we spent most of the vacation. The privacy with no one behind us was the best. We had daily visits from lizards, squirrels and a hawk that sat on the back fence daily. The game room was the second most used room. We had only small children and the Infinity tables were perfect for them; we never had to turn on the TV. Lots of space and the bedrooms were great.

The pool was a highlight after returning from Disney each day. The complimentary heat was a plus too! Kids loved the extra game room and the neat decorations! House is very spacious, plenty of room to spread out. Very close to all parks and main parkway where dozens of restaurants are near. Extra plus with a Wal-Mart and Target close by too! Nice pool and splash park in the resort. We visited once but kids wanted to go more, just not enough tine. Traffic can be heavy around the area but it is Disney so no fault of anyone’s there! We have been going to Disney about every 3 years and when we go back I will make sure I check out this very house again!
