Our cozy beach style eighth floor unit is newly updated and features plank tile flooring, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a king bed, spacious closet with mirrored doors, and 43” LED flat panel TV. The living room offers a fantastic window view of the Gulf, 50” LED flat panel TV with soundbar, a Blu-Ray player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa includes a unique “everyday sleeper” design to maximize comfort without springs! This unique design is arguably the best sleeper sofa system available. A stackable laundry center is also available for your convenience.
This Gulf Shores condo is located next door to the Sea-n-Suds beachfront restaurant, and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Gulf State Pier, souvenir shops, entertainment, and additional restaurants. Numerous Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are just minutes away, including Lulu’s, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall, and the new OWA Amusement & Entertainment complex. Several area golf courses are nearby, as well as various dolphin cruises, parasailing, and other water adventures. The Adventure Center at The Wharf features ziplines, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards.

This was the perfect condo for 2 people. My husband and I enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony. I had reached out to Howard about this rental and in the meantime we had a death in the family. He reached back out to me before renting it to someone else. We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Boardwalk:)

Stayed in this unit a couple of times. Perfect for couples get away. Nicely equipped with everything you need. Great views. Restaurants within walking distance. Convenience store across the street. Great unit in a great location. We’ll be back again.

The room was very nice and perfect for two people. The property has very limited parking and you have to park across the street to find an extra spot.

Every thing was clean, the view was great and the kitchen was well stocked. The only negative was the mattress and pillows, not very comfortable at all. Overall we had a great stay at the property.

Mattress comfort is often a personal preference, and we strive to select the type that will appeal to most or all of our guests. We haven't had any other complaints, and I'm sorry ours didn't work well for you. The mattress and pillows are both practically new - the mattress was replaced in November, and the pillows were replaced in March. Agein, I'm sorry they weren't a great fit for you.

Loved the ocean view from the balcony! Unit was clean, water pressure in tub was great, mattress was very firm, easy check in and host was easy to contact.

Great place just should have a little more of the basic stuff Dish soap laundry detergent. Trash bags , toilet paper and paper towels. For a one bedroom place a lot of stuff to buy just to keep clean . Other than that perfect place , great view and awesome beach access

My apologies for any inconvenience on the basics, as there should have been at least 2-3 dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and trash bags - as well as two rolls of toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. I will follow up with my property manager to ensure this process is working consistently.

Prime Location & Amazing View
Great communication with property manager from booking to end of stay! Within walking distance of everything and offered great amenities such as a pool and private beach access. Would stay here again!
