The host Kristen was an excellent communicator and we really enjoyed staying in her home! The house is HUGE, the view is amazing, and it was very comfortable to stay in…and SO relaxing!

We loved our pond side stay at deer park. Perfect set up for my family with little kids. Weve been to deer park many times, but it was so nice staying in a bigger unit over looking the pond with a great porch. Place very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed.

We have stayed here several times and love it more each year! The host is immediately responsive and helpful. The property is wonderful and the location is perfection! There are common areas for everyone to be together as well as separate areas for kids to hang out securely. We can’t wait to return!

This property was wonderfully located, impeccably clean, and lots of room for everyone...enjoyed a 4 generation get together long weekend and all had a great time. The pool is huge and very convenient in the nearby clubhouse. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Extremely clean and spacious! Host was super responsive. Cozy little town just 2 minutes away. Would stay here again and again!

Condo had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck and taking in the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Grandson loved fishing off the dock. Condo is very close to the recreation center. Kristen made check-in simple. Hope to go back next year!

Beautiful Home and perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Their home is beautiful, comfortable and very clean! It’s in a perfect location, right on the lake, river is behind the home and it’s very close to the indoor pool/ rec center! We would definitely stay here again!

Terrific location and home

Terrific location just off 93 and very convenient for hiking. Home is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and try to rebook as needed.

Family Vacation

The condo worked out perfect for our stay. Kristen was responsive and a great host. Our family is already talking about staying here again next year if it is available. I would definitely recommend renting this VRBO property.

Perfect place for pond side at Deer Park

Well maintained property with best location at Deer Park! Owner communicates appropriately & with timely responses. Would highly recommend for any large family looking to stay in Woodstock/N Lincoln. Will definitely love to stay there again!

Awesome rental directly on the pond-lake

Great rental. Large house with a dock for easy entry into the lake. The house is outfitted with all that is needed. Looking forward to coming back again.

Wonderful Stay at Deer Park!We had an amazing time at this spacious condo on the lake at Deer Park! It was perfect for our crew of 10. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of bath and pool towels provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meal prep easy for our group. We also enjoyed using the grill and all the great pool and lake amenities, fun for both kids and adults!

Perfect Ski Getaway!

Kind, responsive hosts. Clear and simple instructions. Clean, cozy home with enough space for 2 young families. Loved having access to the indoor pool. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

We are a family that rents through VRBO often, and typically travel with a large group. This location was incredible! The home was beautiful, spacious, very clean and well appointed. We had a great time and plan to return. Fast and great communication with the owner. Super well done! Thank you!

Skiing with the family

We rented this condo for two nights for a family ski trip for 9, children and adults. The condo is very attractive, and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room, very comfortable, wonderful fireplace. Only minutes to Loon Mountain. The Clubhouse has a very nice pool and other activities. It sits on a pretty pond. We all highly recommend it.

We’ll be back!!!

Clean, convenient, warm home with every amenity. Perfect for a family or two families with children... beautifully located on a serene lake and next to a creek. Did we say clean??? Impeccable, is more accurate! Kids loved the club house... parents loved the fire place and thoughtfulness of owners. We had a wonderful visit and will be coming back.

Just had the best time getting away with my family of 6 and my sister’s family of 6 for a 3 night stay. The property was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out or hang together. The dock was a great spot for fishing and kids had a blast on the paddle boards also. Would love to stay here again in the future. Great spot!!!

Perfect space and perfect location.

The property was amazing! Great central location to everything the White Mountains have to offer. House had every amenity you could need, right on the lake with access to kayak, paddleboards and floats. Great community with short simple trails leading to the river. Probably my best stay in NH yet!
