This is a beautiful charming 1911 bungalow with modern amenities, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pool. There is a downstairs unit, so please be kind and mindful of potential noise for the tenants downstairs. There is a beautiful backyard with a salt water pool. The space is about 1,800 square feet, with historic charm, an upgraded, fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and stainless steel cookware. 200 restaurants within 1 SQ mile!! On Saturday morning, walk to the Farmer's Market to get fruits and veggies for your gourmet dinner. Go out and explore the vibrant nightlife. Harlow's is nearby for a night of great music and memories. Central heating and air controlled by Nest thermostat. Street parking. Our home is secured with a locking gate and passcode access. Easy entry with provided codes, so check in is a breeze! No more frustrating check-ins and no chores before checkout.

Very pleasant stay. The home was nicely decorated, and there was nothing missing. Lots of nice extra touches that made it kid friendly. We liked the walkable neighborhood, but there is some background freeway noise. Would definitely come back in the summer and swim in the pool more.

Great place to have a family visit. Bedrooms worked great for our group. Relaxing outdoor space. Awesome large table for meals and game. Easily accessible for doing things around downtown and old Sacramento.

Great house in a good location near downtown & walking in the neighborhood was wonderful. Pool was TOO COLD in April for all but “polar bears” but one of our group loved it! Wish there was another bathroom downstairs for swimmers. Dining room chairs were uncomfortable & master bedroom bed was very soft. Parking was no problem with permit but extra permit would have been helpful. Kitchen was great for cooking in.

Nice place to stay close to East Sacramento

We had a wonderful stay at this place while visiting family and attending a wedding. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect—close to family and not far from the wedding venue. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

The house was well stocked with all the essentials as well as some really nice extras. Our kids especially loved the pool. We had a great stay, thank you!

We loved our stay and lots of room for everyone. We found the front room with the tv to be cozy and just right for the 4 of us. Kitchen was clean well equipped. We bbq’d and relaxed in the pool and on the back patio. I hope to return to this property next time we’re in Sacramento. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home

This home was very beautiful and in a great part of town. Me and my brother and my nieces stayed there for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We were able to walk nearly anywhere we wanted to go and played in the pool all day long. People Overall, this was a great place to stay.

Convenient, safe, clean and a thoughtfully stocked kitchen

Check-in was a breeze. Instructions sent from owners Tom and Oksana were very informative and helpful. Place was clean and in a great location for downtown! Owners are extremely responsive if a question comes up. Great accommodation for families!

Perfect home in Sacramento

This home was perfect for my family, including two boys who took full advantage of the pool. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was close to everything we needed in Sacramento. Oksana was quick to reply to messages I sent and we had no issues accessing the property and parking on the street in front of the home. I highly recommend this property!

Great home for a group vacation

We had 6 women staying together in this home and it was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone had a comfy place to sleep. The air conditioning kept us comfortable. Also we were really close to the city center so everything was nearby.

Fun for the 4th of July

Great location, close to everything in Sacramento. The house was beautiful. Everyone loved the pool and the backyard was perfect place to socialize and BBQ. The beds were super comfortable, great linens and pillows. The kitchen was amazing. I have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and none have compared to how well the kitchen was stocked from the dinnerware, pots,pans and a wok, cookie sheets and an amazing variety of spices.I would highly recommend this rental. And the owners were very attentive, just a quick text away.

A few things to consider, there is no on-site parking and you can only park on the street for two hours at a time during the week. There is also no washer and dryer on site, which makes it tough when traveling long distance with family and having a pool. I think the place is in need of a new cleaner, if you walk on the ground without socks or shoes do you expect to have black feet. The baseboards and walls of the house are in need of cleaningand rugs in the house were also in need of replacement. There was also no umbrella for the pool or any type of shade in the backyard at midday. There was a fire pit outback that we tried to use, but the connection to the propane tank was leaking propane, making it unsafe for use. Some of the pots and pans along with cookie sheets still had food on them.Overall, it worked out for what we needed it for, and was in a decent location. The owner was also very prompt in responding if we needed anything which was great.

We appreciate the review but want to point out some of the obvious things the renter may have missed in the listing. We describe in detail upfront that parking is only available on the street. We are in Midtown, and it is rare for houses in that area to have driveways. We provide a parking pass for one car to park, but we are not sure if he had extra cars. It is very clearly specified in the listing that we do not have a washer and dryer in the unit. They are not part of the unit, they are in a separate utility room and are shared for both units in the house. When William contacted us, we generously offered for him to use the washer and dryer whenever he wished, which he opted not to do. We do a walk through the property once every two weeks and have never had issues with the cleaner. We will do another inspection and address the items you mentioned. We hold a high standard when it comes to cleaning and take pride in numerous positive reviews that mention how clean the house is.

The Perfect Spot! Stay Here!

What a gem! If you are heading to Sacramento stay here. Plenty of room and a pool!! You get a parking pass as well. This home was a great base for our 3 day trip to move our son into college at SacState. The home is "gated" at the street and was super safe. Great touched. Thank you to the hosts for such great communication. We will be back! Cissy & Chris Clark

If you plan on using the pool, don't

The house is nice and has a lot of amenities. What was not so great was the 3rd bedroom on the basement level. They have a person that rents a unit/bedroom there and you can hear their conversations at all hours of the night. Also, if you plan on using the pool and actually having fun don't. I was there with my sister and our 4 daughters ranging from 19-2. We were having fun and after one hour of getting in the pool, I received a text asking if we were having a party. I was asked to keep it down because the neighbors are sensitive to noise. It was 4 pm on a Wednesday night. This ruined the vibe for us and we skipped the pool use for the rest of the trip.

Thank you for your feedback. Our neighbors called us and said there were people screaming and arguing in the backyard, and the level of noise was so elevated that it was disruptive. It is unusual for us to get this type of a call, so we contacted Milly and asked to keep the noise down. We explained that we are in a neighborhood and have to be respectful of our neighbors. No need to skip the pool, we just ask that our guests be mindful and keep noise at a normal level.
