Located on the historic Old Route 66 it's an easy drive or Uber/Lyft ride to most Flagstaff attractions such as The Lowell Observatory (where Pluto was discovered), The Orpheum Theater, and Northern Arizona University (NAU). This brand new construction comfortable 3 story townhome includes a bunk room with 4 full sized twin XL beds, a room with a queen bed, a master suite with king bed, and a bonus room with a twin bed that pulls out into a double twin. A large kitchen fully stocked with kitchenware for making meals at home and an electric fireplace to help keep cozy on cold nights are all part of the experience while staying at this Railroad Springs home. In the hot summer days, this property does feature central air conditioning unlike many Flagstaff properties ***A/C is available when daytime temperatures are above 70F degrees (14C) - generally Memorial Day to Labor Day

Enjoyed the beauty of the area and the townhouse was upscale with contemporary furnishings, the listing was specific and right on about surrounding restaurants and stores. Parking was a small issue when we had company. Our host Phil was informative and helpful. Thank you, Phil! We were in town for a wedding and Flagstaff was a wonderful place to host the event.

Hiking Flagstaff trip

The apt was very nice, has more than enough beds for our group! The location is close to supermarket and restaurant. We had a little problem with the door code and the owner was very helpful. We definitely will rent this apt again!

Great place!

Our blended family came for a long weekend to see the south rim of the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff area sites. This was a wonderful, comfortable place to return to in the evening after walking around all day. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

This home was perfect for our visit to Flagstaff. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and were very comfortable. The host was great and responsive to any questions we had about the property. We made meals at the house and had all the cooking items needed right at the house. It was a great visit.

Convenient Stay in Flagstaff, AZ

My family and our friends needed a nice convenient location to stay as we travelled through Flagstaff, AZ. The location to explore downtown Flagstaff as well as the hiking areas in the mountains was perfect. The townhouse is very well maintained and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Great launchpad for Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest

Our family enjoyed the stay in this Flagstaff home. The home was clean and having four bedrooms was excellent for our family of 6. There is a little bit of road noise from time to time but overall was not too bad. Would stay again!

Flagstaff stay

Conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. A little noisy, especially since we had to have the windows open. Very spacious! Having 3 showers were awesome and the garage was a nice bonus!

Perfect weekend getaway spot

We stayed here for a quick snowboarding weekend with our friends from Durango, we are from Phoenix. The townhome was the perfect size for our families and in a great location. It was clean, spacious and well stocked. The garage fit a full size SUV and crew cab truck. Will definitely return for future trips.

Family Snow Trip

This property was a perfect size for my family. We had a wonderful time and Phil was excellent at communicating. We had a big snow fall and he was very accommodating about late check out because of the snow storm.

Spacious townhome, quiet neighborhood

Enjoyed our stay at this townhome, very spacious and was able to ski and sled during the day and relax at night. Quiet neighborhood. Very large two car garage. Lots of stairs, so may not be ideal for everyone with the kitchen/living room on main floor and most bedrooms upstairs. Very large comfortable couch in living room. Kitchen has everything we needed. I think what would make it 5 stars would be if it had some outdoor space (theres no yard or patio, just a tiny deck), but we still enjoyed the rental.

Excellent Host! Will stay again!

We were concerned about the stairs because we had a toddler. Host purchased baby gates for both stairwells before our visit to meet our needs. They were a godsend! This allowed us to relax and not worry about the crazy toddler that is fascinated by stairs. Wish we would have stayed longer. Thanks again Phil. See you next Summer for 2 weeks instead of 1.

Decent location and condo

Nice location and accomodation. Kitchen dishes and pans were dirty and pots and pans were old and very scratched. Heater broke down but owner got it fixed same day. Owner charged high amount to replace sheets that cleaners couldn't clean that I thought would have been easy to clean. He also charged us for stains that were not from our stay.

Nice townhouse

We stayed at the townhouse from Sunday Sept 29- Thursday Oct 3 & our visit was to hike the Grand Canyon. There were six people in our group and we had plenty of space to hang out, relax and enjoy. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms good sized. The only negative was the washing machine was not working upon our arrival, and the amount of towels. Our Host Phil, said towels were provided (said to be enough for ten people) however, there were only 3 hand towels and no wash clothes so we ended up having to buy some. Phil, was very good about getting the washer fixed asap, but it wasn't until the day before we left so there wasn’t enough time for 6 people to do laundry. Phil was very good about responding to questions or concerns we had even though he was out of the country. The property had a nice, big garage which fit our Suburban. Lots of things to do close to the townhouse, which was a plus! All in all, a great space for a good price. Would definitely stay here again!!

A spacious, welcoming and beyond comfortable home away from home.

If 100 stars were an option, that’s would we would rate for the beds alone. They have memory foam mattresses that are luxuriously comfortable. This is the most spacious 1600 feet I’ve ever been in. We had 8 in our party and we had more than enough room to move around the house. It would comfortably accommodate 10-12 people. The only difficulty/inconvenience we encountered was parking. There is a 2 car garage but we weren’t able to use it due to a dangerous amount of ice blocking the garage. The only parking we could find was on the street. That being said, I would still stay here even if the garage is always inaccessible. The house is very warm and inviting with a Very cozy,, positive and happy vibe. My only hesitation in giving such a great review, is I hope this place doesn’t become so popular that it won’t be avail when I need it next!!

We loved our week in Flagstaff! Such a great town with easy access to the South Rim, Sedona, the trifecta of local National Monuments, Bearizona and the lava tube. Not to mention everything downtown and the Lowell Observatory has to offer.

This was a great gathering spot for the whole family! We had 6 adults and three children and had more than enough room. Plenty of items stocked in the kitchen as well, so we were able to cook some of our meals as well. While the neighborhood isn't walkable, it is a quick drive to everything!

It was a great stay for the weekend. It was comfortable and the accommodations for us worked out well. The place was clean and we didn't have any issues. I would definitely rent again for another weekend trip. Parking is limited for larger-sized vehicles (Yukon, Suburban, etc.) I'd say plan accordingly for larger vehicles.

This place was great. We mainly used it just to sleep and shower as we were out and about doing other activities for our large family reunion. Great location and clean! Super easy check in process.
