Loved the ocean view. Great communication with the host. Place is nice and good sized (there were 5 of us staying) and we all had plenty of space. Kitchen seemed fully stocked. There were games to play or TV you could watch along with DVD’s. Thank you so much!

Clean, upgraded house with a beautiful beach view. My wife and I stayed here with our two young kids and two dogs and had a great time. Short 5-minute walk to the beach. No complaints - would definitely stay here again.

Directions were easy and had no problem finding house. It was very welcoming and the ocean view was beautiful. Your furnishings were comfortable and made us feel like we were at home. The drive way was a little challenging but we made it. We would stay here again! :) Thanks for a Great week!

Great location to hear and see the ocean anytime you want, plus a forest across the street. About a five minute walk downhill to beach access, but longer uphill and a narrow street to share with cars as a pedestrian. We were pleasantly surprised to see an enlarged deck with chairs for outside time, but you could hear the ocean well with the few windows that open in the house. The rooms were ready to go, with a few places like windows and corners that needed a deeper clean, and it would be nice to have a screen door for the master balcony and a well-fitted screen for the south window on the other ocean-facing bedroom, but we made do and enjoyed the place. The driveway is very steep, so it was nice that one car could be in the garage.

This is a beautiful place right on the bluff over the ocean edge. Views are incredible. We placed the two rattan chairs at the main bedroom window to watch the waves and sunset when it was too cool to sit outside. The small deck outside of the main bedroom is amazing!! Really appreciated the garage to park, unload and load belongings and our small pupster. Yes, the driveway is steep, but still the bluff is worth it!! The home has beautiful pictures. We definitely got our steps in with the stairs.. We were disappointed that the dryer was already broken and not repaired while we were there- one of those things that just really bummeds me out. While we got messages back from the property manager, they seemed more AI than real. Again, why you chose this place- The walk to the beach is only 1/3 miles. Do note, it is pretty steep up then down then up- there is plenty of parking at the beach access!! The trail at Agnes Creek is short, but amazingly quiet in the middle of town. Also, try the Connie Hanson Garden in the north part of town- small but amazing. Definitely recommend signing up for blowing your own glass at the Glass Center!! Most fun of the trip. For meals, we enjoyed Pier 101 for lunch, dinner and breakfast! Very close to the house. Also, Kyllos (right on the beach ) and Gallucis Pizza. Being on the water is the best reason to be here! The views are amazing. Plenty of room. Fireplace was nice. Beds are comfortable. Close beach access. The Pots and pans are tired and should be replaced. The Bathroom TP was a little below budget

Lovely, cozy home

This house was so cute, comfortable and cozy! Absolutely loved everything about it! (Except the steep driveway) The views were great and it was exceptionally clean!! I’d love to come back!

This is a lovely house right above the beach! We enjoyed views of the ocean from downstairs and upstairs, and were very pleased with how clean and comfortable the house was.

Great vacation

Not only was the house clean, it was perfect for us! The view was absolutely incredible. We did lose a dark blue water bottle, but other than that it was the perfect vacation!

This place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great layout inside house for everyone to enjoy. The bedrooms were beautiful and everything was very clean. The view was stunning. Will definitely try to book this property again.

This house in Lincoln beach was perfect. There was plenty of room for up to 6 adults, (we had 5), the view of the ocean is great. It’s quiet, and a close drive to restaurants and shopping at the outlets. It’s a short 2min drive to park at the beach access, you could also walk it, but the road back is a pretty steep hill. I would definitely stay here again.
