This was a great place to stay. The house had everything we needed, including the hot tub and game room. We enjoyed the gas fireplace. It was close to a beautiful beach, and there were sand toys to take to the beach. The location was great, just a short drive to Newport, Depoe Bay or Lincoln City. We would stay here again.

We met up with family and this house was perfect. A great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Centrally located as well as a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely return.

Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. Beach access was easy and just a 5 min. walk. The beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate. Thanks so much for a great trip to the coast!

Loved the cute, clean, well stocked home. Host was very responsive and the home was centrally located to many activities and a short, beautiful walk to the beach

Location is wonderful. The main house was clean and comfortable. Layout is great for kids. Hot tub was clean great spot for dogs. The only drawback was the carriage house above the garage area/game room upon entering. It had a musty heavy scent of Pine-Sol. The carpet was damp, although clean it smelled very strong musty game area was great For Kids you do have to pay for the Pac-Man machine.

Location was excellent. Beach was amazing. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. Hot tub was perfect after a day or and about. Will stay here again.

Convenient and good privacy with a property that really has all you could ask for: comfort, 3 baths, game room, fireplace and enough seating for our group of eight.

The house was nice. The furniture was very uncomfortable and some of the beds also. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling and took a whole day to get it replaced. Some of our food had to be trashed. The add said beach front and on the beach and it wasn’t. It had beach access .

Bella Beach is one of our favorite places on the coast. A nice little community with a great beach.We had two beautiful sunny days which were such a gift and a wonderful way to welcome in the new year. The Tides was a comfortable house and the owner’s welcome pets and children, which is always appreciated. Hope to return soon.

Our stay was Sept 17-Sept 21.We really enjoyed our time in Depoe Bay! We loved the short walk to the ocean and the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Depending on your speed, it takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach. There is the cutest little winding pathway down to the beach! A stairway at the end of the path down to the sand but, well worth the trek and marked very well on the beach for the hike back to the house.The location was also perfect for exploring the area, with Newport only about 20 minutes away and Lincoln City just 10 minutes away.The house had so many cute, personal decorative touches throughout, which made it feel warm and welcoming. It was exactly the right size for our family and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Seven adults, one youth and one dog. Our only suggestion would be to include the limited parking and strict HOA rules more prominently in the property description, so guests know what to expect before booking. However, we didn't have any issues with the HOA. In fact, we spoke with many neighbors and they were all very nice and welcoming! When we arrived the trash receptacle was full. Called the number on the fridge and they came out that afternoon and emptied the trash. The owner, Dan, was very nice to work with and very responsive to our questions. He must live on his email!Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Greay cozy location

It was a very nice house in a great location. A few minites walk to the beach and an amazing cafe directly across the street. Will definitely stay again.

Great communication from the owners. Property is adorable and we made it work for eight adults. Didn’t spend much time inside. The area is full of stuff to do. Please note, this is a beach property. Read reviews. My husband and I stayed in the carriage house and brought an air purifier. Worked wonderfully! The hot tub was nice start and finish to the day.
