Cute Condo - private heaven

Private one bedroom, one bath....little heaven. You are at garden level, you can walk to the bus stop outside the condo complex. You can walk to the mall and grocery store as well. There is pool open for residents in the summer. You can use the common areas for events and get togethers. Kitchen has electric stove, there is a microwave and a refrigerator provided. The laundry is right there on the same level. You can buy tokens to use the washer and dryer. There is a Tv with Roku you can use it to watch anything you like. There is a balcony as well that can be used for bbq or flower pots. This is great for long term rental as well for drake students. The University is a 15 minute bus ride.no mail should be sent to this address it won’t be delivered there is an issue with mail delivery for years. Deliveries sent to main office and pick up there!
