Location, location, location! Located between Kaanapali and Kapalua you will find the quaint town of Kahana. about 15 minutes from downtown Lahaina, 10 minutes from Whaler’s Village and walking distance to Maui Brewing.
Kahana-Napili affords some of the best dining on the island, and is perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, whale watching or just taking in the sun. And Napili was voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the World, I agree!

Breathtaking views of Molokai and Lanai from all living areas of this sensational unit in the Sands of Kahana. Newly remodeled and all new upgraded furnishings and luxurious appointments. This rare, air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with private lanai is one of the most spacious waterfront units in Maui. From the moment you enter your vacation condo, you will breathe in the most sensational ocean view. You would have to be a cruise ship to get any closer to the ocean.

The large kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet chef. Stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, range, microwave, and fridge equipped with filtered water and ice dispenser from the door. Should you grow weary of all the fabulous restaurants the west side of Maui provides, enjoy a home cooked meal or barbecue at sunset as your kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from Rachel Rey bakeware to an Insta pot.

Generous living and dining room area boast glorious views and plenty a room for gatherings. Every piece of furniture is new and accented with artwork by world famous Steve Barton and tasteful Decor.

The front master bedroom has the same amazing view and has a king size bed. We added a full Wall to add to the privacy and better appeal in living room. The second bedroom is also a master suite and both have upgraded and was completely remodeled bathrooms with granite counters and tiled showers.

After a nice day at the beach or pool, you can stretch out and watch TV on the oversized (for Maui) smart TV.

Full size front loading Stainless washer and dryer is a must for a beach vacation.

Conveniently located with parking on site included in fees should you want to rent a car. Maui is calling!

My husband and I have been coming to Maui for 20 years and always rented condos owned by individuals and we were lucky to find Sands of Kahana. We fell in love with the location and size of the units.
We have been in real estate in Southern California for 30 years and loved coming to visit family and friend here on island. We have raised 3 wonderful children and they are now starting families of their own, leaving us more time to come and stay on island. We look forward to becoming full time residence.

We looked to buy for 3 years as we wanted the ocean front building. It was our desire to UPGRADE the condo rental experience. We are looking to rent to people that appreciate the extra touches and know how to take care of nice cookware and wine glasses. It is our desire to make a 5 star vacation for each and everyone of our guests.

The most unique thing that we did with this remodel, is all of the units have the front bedroom open to the living area and many do not have AC.

We closed off the master bedroom to allow for more privacy and added AC to both bedrooms and the living room.

Additionally, we spared no expense to the quality furniture, art and extras to allow for a comfortable stay. ALOHA
