In the heart of Kahana lies a serene 2-bedroom retreat that's waiting for you. Nestled just minutes from the stunning Kaanapali Beach and the serene Napili Bay, this property offers a prime location for your Maui getaway. There is a swimmable beach with plenty of sand out front. Spend your days soaking up the sun by the outdoor pool or unwinding in the soothing hot tub.

Stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. The unit now has brand new AC throughout the condo which is key when in Hawaii. Many units don't have AC, just fans.

When it's time to refuel, the fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, refrigerator with 2 ice makers, and a huge pantry, allowing you to whip up delicious meals.

There are beautiful golf courses at Kaanapali and Kapalua. Plenty of snorkling, diving,surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, whale watching and turtle sightings just on the Lanai.

Great property, fully equipped! A lot of bang for your buck. If you're looking for a more updated place this is not it, but it is very nice and I wouldn't want to pay the extra for a fully updated unit. Will definitely stay here again next time we are here!

Great place, amazing views! Having the extra space was great for the four of us on our 10 day stay. Location was really great for all things on the west side of Maui!

Aloha Tracy, This condo is truly a hidden gem. It is so much nicer than being crammed into a hotel room and cheaper by far. No resort fees and free parking. Try getting a 2 bedroom hotel right on the ocean front with this much space for less. The other reviews all mention the great view. Its all about location location location. We had a wonderful stay and the view was incredible. The condo was extremely clean, comfy beds, pantry well stocked with seasonings, big and spacious rooms, and everything worked! Renee is the most gracious, accommodating host we have had the pleasure to do business with. This is our 3rd time staying at SOK and this location was the best including not having other people able to view what you are doing inside your condo. That is a big plus. You will not be disappointed with your stay! I will be recommending this condo to family and friends and hope to return again. Thank you Renee for your outstanding communication with us! By the way, we were here during Tropical Storm Lala, and Renee was the first to alert us even before it hit national news! She is the best.

Lovely oceanfront condominium with two bedrooms, both with lanai overlooking the ocean with one of the bedrooms, separated from the living room by a long sliding door. Very responsive owner to our requests.

Amazing oceanfront stay!

For what we got this property was a great value! It could use some updating, but had everything we needed.. even had mini splits to cool off the humid air. We enjoyed turtle and whale watching from our patio with beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. Great snorkeling, right off of our own beach. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had and very accommodating when we had a late flight on the day that we checked out. The only criticism I have of this property was the elevator being out of service due to a storm front that had moved in before our arrival. This is no fault of the owner… just an unfortunate inconvenience. Mahalo.

Perfect Location

Wonderful stay with turtles out front daily. Snorkeling from the beach! On site restaurant was great. Beds were comfortable. Could use some upgrades but we weren’t buying it - we were renting so it was absolutely perfect for us.

Fabulous location. The condo was clean and perfect, exactly what we expected. The owners had a nice message for guests that they plan to update the unit furnishings. Had a wonderful time.

Great, comfy, quiet place

Balcony with views of whales, turtles and sunsets! All furniture very comfy. We had a few issues that we sent to owner - hopefully they will take care of them when they are there next. Pool and hot tub were amazing as was the new restaurant beside the pool. We would stay there again!

Thank you Barb, I have actually taken your suggestions to heart and have ordered and received many things from amazon to upgrade the condo. Among the upgrades, ; Hooks to hang items on in the shower BBQ utensils More cooking utensils More coasters Repair of a bathroom door that was off the track more night lights in the unit Big repairs that were done in general not an issue for Barb include: a brand new split AC system with 4 units. ($10,000 upgrade and well worth it. That system is awesome) New sliding door rollers and assembly for the patios $1,000 New screens Complete overhaul of the freezer and frig icemaker systems of the entire unit or the views or other positives) We've only owned the unit over a year. The fires happened shortly after we purchased which has made it hard to upgrade, but know our heart is in it and we are transforming it into Ala Kohala ( Whale crossing) That is the name of the LLC. Its going to be more beachy, but takes time and money to do. We are committed and appreciate your business to our condo. Amazing ocean views!

This property and unit were great! We loved everything about it. The apartment was very spacious, and the view is just Amazing! A wonderful time overall.

Great beach location

Great ocean views, great beach. Unit has some dated finishes. Better cutlery, cookware and dishwasher would have improved our ability to cook in the unit.

Aloha Mark, thank you for your constructive critisism. I have purched plenty of cutlery ( new steak knife set) and cookware. The dishwasher is standard size. I cannot put anything bigger in unless I remodel the kitchen. That project will come down the road.

Amazing View!

We LOVED our stay at this condo! The view is amazing! It almost feels like you're sitting on a Cruise Ship looking out over the ocean! We saw some whales and turtles too! There was PLENTY of room for the 4 of us--my husband and I and our 2 adult daughters. We would love to return to this unit in the Sands of Kahana!

Paradise perfection

This was our second stay at this property! Renee is easy to work with and responsive when a need comes up. Whale season was in full force, this unit provides amazing views and whale watching opportunities! Also, lots of turtle activity as there is a reef right off the beach, perfect snorkeling opportunities! We are already planning our next visit and will definitely stay again!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I visited here many years ago and fell in love with the area. I knew one day I would retire to this place. They neighborhood is laid back, there are many food locations, many activities including golf and snorkelling. Our condo has a new restaurant, Captain Jacks which is very convenient.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

It is huge. It is ocean front on the 6th floor. The view is amazing. Brand new AC units are key here in Hawaii and many units in this building and other rental properties don't have AC.
