We are located one block from Big Fish Grill and three blocks from the new Blue Coast Seafood Grill and Thompson Island Brewery, Wawa and Superfresh grocery store.

Beautiful fish ponds with relaxing water falls which makes for a tranquil and peaceful evening sitting listening to the sounds of nature on the back deck !

Master -- queen; Beautiful white - spacious with mirror and walk in closet with full length mirror; TV in room;

Room #2 2 double beds + SINGLE trundle; TV in room; decorated w a beautiful light green; & mermaids;

Very clean townhome located about 20 min walk to the boardwalk, in a quiet development. Location great for shopping and dining but still close enough to the beach and crowds. Access to the community pool was a plus especially after a long day at the beach. Spacious enough for 4 adults. Great communication with property owner.

Parking was easy and the property was beautiful! The dishwasher gave us some trouble but we had no problem with handwashing our dishes. Plenty of stuff to cook with and everything was nice and clean!

We had a great vacation staying at this condo! It is a perfect area to be at, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants! Our family enjoyed the beautiful pools available each day!

We had a great time! We loved the property. Great location, lots of room for our small family. We enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable and we liked that the bunk beds were full size. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location in the Eagles Landing community. Short drive to the Boardwalk, Beach, dining and other attractions. Two dedicated parking spots. Stayed with husband and 2 kids but could fit more in the kids rooms of needed.

Small group of friends

Kathy’s house was perfect for a small group of recent grads. They really enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect, close to everything.

I was unaware that there was any issues. When I reached out to Michele on Saturday July 25 at 6pm I said I just wanted to make sure everything was ok and her response was : Hello. Everything is fine. Thank you It’s hard to fix a situation I was unaware of. Then when I reached out again this was the response after the fact. Hi. My family and I enjoyed your beach home, thank you. I’m not sure if you are aware but there was an issue with ants in the living room. My response was I was unaware and will address same

Great Communication, Nice location!!

House was cozy and located in a nice quiet community. Kids enjoyed riding bikes and swimming in the pool. Accessibility to Rehoboth Ave,Delaware Ave. and the beach was surprisingly easy even though we were on the other side of 1(Coastal Highway). Kathy was easy to reach, helpful and responded quickly to issues/concerns.

Cute Property Not Far From Beach/Boardwalk, with a very friendly owner!

I went with a group of 8 people all together to this house for a week, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the house! It was very cute inside and there was plenty of space for us. In addition, Kathy (owner) was very helpful with all problems we had and communicated regularly. Overall, the only thing I would change would be the slightly fragile blinds installed in the house, but a lovely place otherwise!

When we walked into the house it was musty and damp. The air conditioning didn’t seem like it was working well. After unpacking and looking around, I noticed that the 2 return units for the air conditioning, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs, had filters in that were to small! They were 12x24x1 which was leaving a 2 inch gap in both. The filter upstairs was actually drawn into the ductwork so that one was not doing anything! They both were also filthy. I went out and bought the correct size, 14x24x1 and replaced both. That made everything much better. The area rug in the living room was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been clean in a very long time. The floors were dirty as the bottom of our feet got dirty from walking around. We needed to keep socks on the entire week! The couches were very uncomfortable. There was no umbrella out in the table on the deck as pictured in the photos of the house online! We looked in the closet outside on the deck but nothing! The couch in front of the sliding glass doors going onto the deck had to be moved to one side because the door it was blocking was not opening properly. We moved it to use the other door. The beds upstairs were comfortable at least. The water pressure in the 2 showers was absolutely non existent!! The light switches all over the house were a guess on what lights, tv and ceiling fans they controlled! Handrail going upstairs was filthy. I cleaned it! An old screen door was behind the hutch in the living room! Never again!

The house is throughly cleaned between renters so if they kept their socks on it would be from dirt brought into the house The air conditioning unit was serviced in May .. however the entire North Eastern America was under air quality issues last week due to the Canadian wildfires. If there were any issues with water pressure issues, it was addressed with the guest as there is a button on the water head, which increases water flow, and this was discussed with him prior to his rental The only issue in this review which has substantial merit is the umbrella which was broken and will be replaced this week. There are light switches, which must be engaged to turn on the fans and lights in each room. I am unsure how this issue could be corrected. The rug in the TV room is only one year old so I am not sure how it wouldn’t have been cleaned in a long time. There is a couch in front of the second sliding door as it’s not meant to be used. The entrance would be on the other double door, which is free. Which I am not sure why you would need to use that door when there is another door right near it, especially if the air conditioning unit was engaged and there were wildfires throughout the country. I wouldn’t think the doors would be open. I know that I have put substantial time and effort into my rental property to make it warm and inviting uncomfortable for guests and this is deeply disappointing to read.

Great stay! Little things could be different

I traveled with a large group of friends. Kathy was always available and responded quickly to texts. Personally phone call might have been better to ensure accurate communication for bigger issues! We had some trouble opening the door: pull the handle into you when doing the code! Plenty of blankets and pillows as described. Having a washer/dryer was great for packing light for a long stay and doing laundry! The master bathroom toilet handle is a cute detail but tricky and makes the toilet run. Make sure its turned up! The wifi didn't handle a lot of users very well, it stopped working during our trip. We used the grill and kitchen often. The oven made our chicken taste bad, it's fairly old as is the stove top. The stove top worked just worn! The kitchen is fairly stocked. No ice maker so we brought ice cube trays and that was great! I suggest bringing ice packs for coolers on beach days to save ice! The 2 blue couches are also uncomfortable. They have springs in the cushions which make them hard to settle on but we got used to them! Pull out couch was great. Plenty of seating for my group. Beds were very comfy and bathrooms were an awesome size. Parking was easy and even the neighborhood is off the highway its tucked back nice and quiet! We enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods and using the pool for free! Since its not within walking distance we parked in front of one of the churches 5 min away which always had spots and a quick walk to the beach! There were volleyball nets at that access too which made beach time so fun! This was a great stay and I would come back! As I said very small details :)

Perfect Week

We absolutely loved staying here. It was a great location super close to everything, the beach(both Rehoboth and Dewey), shopping, restaurants, the gym, 2 pools. It was the perfect location and just the right size for our family of 8.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at this property while in Rehoboth for my brother’s wedding. The townhouse was perfect. Kathy was extremely responsive for a couple of minor issues we had, and they were resolved quickly. I highly recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful community, great location, and an amazing beach theme townhouse.

Family Vacation

Property was clean and had ample room, with three bed rooms and a pull out couch, in the living room. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to the outlets and about two miles from the beach. Owner was great, checked in with us, the day we arrived. Would defiantly stay here again. Thank You, Kathy.

Great Stay

The property was at a great location and worked well for us. It was very clean and well kept. The owner was also very easy to get in contact with. We loved all the sleeping options the place had so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep!

Rehoboth Vaca

Had an amazing stay at this VRBO. The host was very courteous and responsive during our trip. I had a bunch of questions prior to the stay and she responded right away with all the answers. Location of the place is perfect. Walking distance to a restaurant, and super close to both Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. Also, near anything you may need. The neighborhood is very nice and I'm sure the pool is a great addition to the trip as well. 10/10 would stay here again.

Spacious, good location

We had a great stay at this property in Rehoboth. Kathy was very helpful, calling in advance with property details as well as a few tips for the neighborhood. Our kids were pleasantly surprised by the various toys and books available. Overall, it was perfect for a long weekend in the spring.

Comforts of home

This is a nice place. It is a little tricky driving to the beach because of crossing Route 1 but after a day or so, we figured out the best routes. It is about a 5 minute drive to the beach and there are plenty of stores and restaurant nearby. The owner was very helpful and we had no issues getting in to the house or the pool. If we make our way back to Rehobeth, we would definitely try to rent here again!

Great location and area!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing girls trip to the beach! Kathys tips on parking were spot on and we had no issue finding a spot each morning and getting there within minutes. The house is conveniently located with grocery stores, outlets, and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is also great for exercising and activity and many of us were able to go for nice morning walks and runs around the complex! Thank you so much for a great stay, Kathy!
