Welcome to your home away from home! Our 3 bedroom family beach getaway house is available to rent on or off season. Situated in a development neighboring the Rehoboth Beach Country Club, you can enjoy a home made for families who want to be close to all the beach fun while also having a quiet, idyllic retreat to unwind in the evenings.

*PLEASE NOTE THE POOL IS Open until the weekend after Labor Day 2022

** This is a no pets house please

Inside you will greeted with a full functional kitchen, large living area with vaulted ceilings, a large master king-size bed, 2 additional single beds in second bedroom, and additional brand new twin beds in the third bedroom. There is a full bathroom in the master room and another full bathroom located off of the living room.

With a pool immediately outside your front door, you can spend hours relaxing on the front porch, all while not having to take your eyes off of the kids! Evening meals can be enjoyed outside in the screened porch or on the back deck .

The house is equipped with AC in addition to ceiling fans in every room. Also included is free WiFi, 3 televisions / dvd players, washer/dryer, and dish washer.

Amazing week at the beach

We had a wonderful stay! The house was the perfect amount of space for my twin toddlers to run around and the convenient location to the pool was perfect! It’s a great location, just a short ride from the boardwalk and the beach. We had such a great vacation!

Spacious Accommodations

We had a great stay for my wife's 59th birthday. A day at the beach was easy enough to get to. The residence area was quiet and calm! The house is relatively new, very clean and spacious. We highly recommend it!

Another amazing stay

This was our fourth time staying at this beautiful home. We had a wonderful time. The house is so clean and nice and has everything we need as a family of 5. The beach and Funland are only 15 min away. The neighborhood pool is right in front and several days we had it to ourselves for hours. We really hope to stay next year for a 5th time. My kids and I are always sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!

I could live here it's so quiet. The house was amazing, very clean, very spacious. The owner was very pleasant & nice to deal with. We would definitely stay here again. Would be a great place to bring our Grandchildren.

Great Getaway

It is larger than it looks and well-maintained. It is clean and neat. A pool is across the street that you have access to. It's a quiet area but close to the beaches. The only thing we would recommend is to get a package that offers more TV channels. There were only about six channels you could watch. We would definitely recommend this property.

Quiet location but close to everything.

We searched for a long time trying to find the right place. And when we found this place we figured it might be a little too small. But it turned out to be the perfect size for a family of four. The neighborhood turned out to be very quiet and the pool was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach or highway. We will hopefully be back next year.

A wonderful vacation place

The house is amazing and perfect for 6 guests. Plenty of room, open layout, everything on one floor and the only steps are on the front porch and back porch. The location is central to pretty much everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. The host is very attentive and willing to help in any way. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Great home

Great house in a beautiful community. The pool access was wonderful for our grandchildren. House was clean and spacious. Not far from the beach, but traffic was terrible and parking is difficult at the beach in Rehoboth.

Great for families

Great location. So convenient with the pool steps away. The house was comfortable and even had games and books for kids. Stacie is very responsive and addressed all issues as they came up. We would Highly recommend this!

Excellent again!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was as wonderful as our first visit! Great neighborhood (far enough but close enough to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants) clean, welcoming home, plenty of space for our family of three. Property owner is extremely friendly and great with communication. Looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Stacie's home! It was convenient to stores, the outlets, and the beach. Stacie is such a fabulous host! The home is charming and comfortable and and it's located in a quiet neighborhood. Pool access was a definite plus for my son. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch in the evenings! Highly recommend staying here for your next beach getaway. We hope to come back next year!

Loved staying here again

We loved staying here! it was our second time renting this home and we really love it. It’s super close to the pool and we spent tons of time there. It’s close to lots of things (grocery stores, 15 min fro the beach and boardwalk) The house is clean and well stocked. The owner is super nice and easy to get in contact with. We loved staying here and definitely hope to come back a third time next summer. Our family had a wonderful time last week. Thanks again Stacie! - Courtney

Wonderful Retreat Away From Crowd, Close to Everything

Stacie’s place was excellent, as described and perfect for our family beach trip. Close to beaches and shopping, with many options to eat and move about town nearby. Her communication and recommendations were top notch and helped ease us into a stay in a new location we had not been to before. Walking distance (1 mile) to shuttle bus service or you can pay for convenient parking pass for the week to avoid parking meters and abundant parking meter enforcement. Recommendations for linens and beach gear was key! Lots of extras that made it feel like home.

Roomy and impeccably clean

Grandchildren loved having a pool across the street since it provided an alternative to having to park and go to the beach. We used it three of our seven day stay. The house interior is much roomier than the pictures portray. Stacy was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any question or concern. Screened porch in back was nice for evening gatherings.

another amazing family vacation here!

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was our third year in a row staying at this exact property. We absolutely love the house. It’s cozy but you can also spread out and have space too (we came w 3 kids and 2 parents) There’s a screened in porch in back and a covered patio in front. We used both! The pool is literally right across the street and most nights we had it to ourselves. It’s close to stores and grocery shopping and not far at all from the beach and boardwalk. Anything we needed from the owner was addressed very quickly by her or her mom, including questions / little things that came up. The owner is super nice as is her family. My kids love it here and we can’t wait to stay here again!

PERFECT home with a WONDERFUL owner!

We traveled with our small family of three to Rehoboth beach for the first time. Our little one is 21 months so we wanted to make sure we had enough space and a quiet atmosphere for naps and nighttime. This house was absolutely perfect for all of our needs. It was very family friendly (lots of games in the closets, booster seat for the baby, beach toys, etc) for kids and adults! The house was very well kept and clean. Stacie was amazing to work with and was very responsive to all of our needs prior to and during our visit. She made you feel right at home all the way from the UK! We could have not asked for a more perfect location for our little family. We will be back!

Immaculate home, quiet location, perfect for kids.

My family and another family stayed at Stacie's home. We were immediately impressed upon arrival. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. We loved having the pool so closely and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was great to put the kids to bed and enjoy wine & play games on the screened in porch. We had a blast and the house is built for privacy! Even when the baby on our trip would cry in one room, we wouldn't hear it or have it pick up on the other baby monitor. My only small gripe was about the pull out couch. It was comfortable enough, but left a little to be desired. I emailed Stacie after the trip and she said they will be replacing it with a bed at the end of the year. After hearing this, we will very likely return! Loved it!

The Perfect Getaway

Our journey began in Bethesda. The property is located in a wonderful, quiet community. When we arrived, we were pleased with the exterior of the house; very neat and clean. When we entered the home, everything was clean (professionally), well-stocked and neat and organized. We didn't have small children but if we did it would have been wonderful. The house had a game closet, pool noodles and enclosed porch. There was parking in the back and a very nice kitchen. Due to COVID-19 there was not any linen but the owner gave us numbers for a linen service. Please note that you have to order 72 hours in advance. Everything was just wonderful. We plan to come back and stay there next year. The owners took great care to ensure everything was perfect. Shawn (51 years old)

Hello! I currently live in Leeds, England and have done for about 22 years now. I am originally from Delaware and have been raised spending my summers in Rehoboth Beach.

When I moved overseas, what I missed the most was the beach. I wanted to give my kids the chance to have the same great memories I had growing up.

We are not over until late July every summer which gives us the perfect chance to allow other families to make memories here as well.

We hope you choose our home to begin creating your own fantastic memories and family traditions. Please ask if there is any help we can provide in making this the ideal getaway for you.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Rehoboth truly is a home base for me. I have such special memories from every stage of life here and there is not one requirement to the ideal vacation that this area doesn't fulfill for us.

One aspect about Rehoboth I find to be the most appealing is its diversity in what is here at your fingertips.

You can go from the beach to roam the lively boardwalk filled with family-run amusement parks, restaurants, bars, and designer shopping.

When a shopping day is in order, there are not enough hours in the day to cover all the Outlet Shopping there is on offer.

Restaurants? Whatever you taste-buds are calling for, they will be satisfied. Personally, being a big sushi fan, I cant get enough of Saketumi or Cultured Pearl...my all time favorite restaurants.

My kids are never bored. Between the beach and boardwalk fun, theres mini golf everywhere you look, waterslides, local cinema, and watersports galore. Henelopen State Park is a short drive away, and its always worth going for a ride on the Cape May Lewes Ferry ride.

Rehoboth is a great 'hub' of sorts. In a close proximity you have Lewes Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Beach, and Ocean City Maryland. All have their own adventures and great attractions for days out.

No matter what your age, Id be happy to give recommendations on where to go and what to do... I love this place and I know you will too.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our property is in a brand new secluded development of only 30 homes. These homes share a pool which is situated right outside the front of our property.

Being located back near the Country Club, it is a very quiet street. There is not a lot of traffic, which makes it a great place to come back from the beach or boardwalk to a nice, quiet setting, put the kids to bed, and enjoy a drink out on the porch.

It is also a fantastic place to go for a bike ride. Interlocking neighborhoods and a quiet road around the Country Club is a great bike riding route with little traffic.

Our home has not only a spacious front porch that can be enjoyed, but also a back deck and a back screened in porch which has a secondary sitting area for family meals.

We love the thought we can sit out front on the porch while the kids play in the pool right in front of us and we dont have to take our eyes off of them!

All of the beds are ultra comfortable, but it has to be said that the Master king bed is honestly one of the most comfortable beds I ever stayed in. I feel like a true Queen when I am there.
