Overall place was nice, stayed for 2 nights. My husband told me the only problem they had was parking was tight. But owner was very responsive when I had a few questions

Overall a very pleasent experience

The property is as described, enough space and with every amenity needed for our stay. We arrived late at night and were a little disturbed by the neighbourhood, but with no reason, as by daylight it was all ok. The property manager was very helpful in some minor issues, which were solved quickly. The only downside is the distance to Downtown Miami.

Affordable, cute and quiet. Conveniently located to FLL airport and beach. Perfect for a quick weekender. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, he allowed a late check-out when my flight was delayed. Definitely recommend!!!

Clean, friendly host and neighbors. Close to most activities

Fun time. Weather great. Clean and nice home. Pleasant and quiet neighbors. Would come and stay again. Host did answer right away when I called with issues. Only issue was oven didn’t work.

An OK place to stay

The property is somewhere between fine and OK - nothing outstanding in the positive or negative. The furniture is a haphazard collection of moderate functionality; everything seemed as though it could have been picked up on the side of the street, and while more or less functional, not outstanding (the bunk bed was wobbly, the couch funneled towards the middle, drawer pulls were loose, etc). Not exceptionally clean; I’m sure the linens were clean, but there were stains on towels and sheets. The hot water was warm at best the first night and the stove didn’t work the following morning. A little investigation found that the breaker for the hot water heater and stove were both off. Again, it functioned once I figured that out, but disappointing that I had to spend my vacation time figuring out why things didn’t work. The kitchen was ill equipped - again, a haphazard collection of plates, bowls, glasses and plenty of mugs. Items I wish were there and missing; dish soap, sponge, scissors and measuring cups (as of July 2024 there is a dish sponge and dish soap that we purchased and left) Two positive surprises! (Ending on a good note) - there was a small cooler and some beach toys which we found useful! The location is accurately described. It is VERY close to the airport, which was a plus for us. Very easy to get to and was a short drive to Hollywood beach as well.

Would not recommend

I fully understand the fact that we had major flooding in the area of the rental during the time I was there. However, I was staying at this rental with my 3 children under the age of 7. Water got into the house so I contacted the property manager. I had to call and text due to not having his voicemail setup. He eventually returned my call. I asked if he could send the housekeeper over to disenfect and mop the floors since flood water (which we all know is mixed with sewer and every other nastiness) got into the house. He assured me the housekeeper would come the next day. Additionally, I informed him that the toilet would not flush. He came to the house the next day and said that he mopped the floors himself. I assure you that it was not done. He also said the toilet was fine…even though it would not flush. So for the remainder of the trip, my three young kids and I couldn’t even use the toilet. How would you like to travel like that? Additionally, the oven did not work so I ended up wasting breakfast food that I had bought because I couldn’t even use the oven. I assure you that I will never use VRBO to book a rental again.

Oldie but a goodie.

Older property but very clean and was everything we needed. Owner has done enough to keep it updated inside. Definitely stay here if traveling on a budget.

Cute Place

This is a very cute property. The pictures online look just like the place. This is a duplex property but we never heard the neighbors. Very quiet area. We stayed here for my daughters gymnastics competition that was being held at the convention center. This property is within 10 minutes of that location. The property manager responded very promptly to questions we had. I would recommend this place to others.

We had a great stay. It was at a perfect location and we happened to be there during the seafood and arts festival. The apartment was clean and the host was responsive. Would recommend staying there.

My duplex home locate in Dani Beach on the north east session of the area. This is very quiet residential neighborhood, which is close to Fort Lauderdale airport. Hollywood Beach. Marinatown guitar Hotel and hard rock casino, you are in walking distance go to restaurant, supermarket, city Park. banking. Five minutes to Fort Lauderdale airport. 30 minute drive to Miami airport and South Beach area. You can also can enjoy Everglades national Park.

On the north east section of the town is considering a safe, quiet area. you can join the morning tennis or Sunset basketball game just one block away at the Frost park.
