The perfect getaway for you and your loved ones! This view (and the warm coastal décor) make for a wonderful home-away-from-home! Relax in the living room with a spectacular Gulf of Mexico view while taking in a game or movie on the condo’s flat screen TV. Enjoy a homecooked meal in the adjoining kitchen furnished with all the chef’s needs!
Kickback in your master suite and enjoy the large tile walk-in shower! Have guests (or your little loved ones) stay with you if you like. The living room sofa lets out to a queen bed. The complex offers indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools, lighted tennis courts, hot tubs, saunas, an exercise room, gazebos, and barbeque grills. Whatever you enjoy doing outdoors at the beach, you can find at Phoenix III 3013!
*No elevator access.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
