Phoenix West 1604

Our condo is on the 16th floor in a perfect position overlooking the Gulf, whether from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. Nearly 2,000 sq. feet, the condo is large and newly furnished.

Amenities: Our unit has granite countertops in the kitchen and master bath, full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wet bar with Ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room with additional flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms. We also have a keyless entry lock on the front door so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with keys during your stay!!

Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. There are two master bedrooms with King beds, the third bedroom has two Queen beds for sleeping up to 8.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, fitness center, four saunas, and roof-top tennis courts.

We also have the condo next door should you need more space!

The nearby Wharf and Tanger Outlets feature world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment, including outdoor concerts by nationally-known artists.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Beautiful place!

Love this condo! Well equipped kitchen, nice patio furniture with gorgeous view! 4 Bathrooms and washer/dryer were very convenient. Huge TVs in every room made for a fun movie night with kids!

Phoenix west

Our 3 bedroom was clean and spacious. Loved the balcony with from ocean view. Restaurants were close by. Emailed manager and she responded same day and took care of requests that I had. Was very happy and would recommend this stay!!!

Very nice condo!

Condo was beautiful and completely updated! Everything we could have needed was there and easily accessible. Also located right off the elevator, so easy to get to. Highly recommend this condo and complex!

Family beach vacation friendly!

Very nice newly renovated and updated electronics! Tons of extra linens. AC struggled a little towards the end of our stay but extra fans were available. Would love to stay again!

Amazing!

Property is family friendly!! We met so many wonderful young families! We had a wonderful time with our family (3 kids and 3 adults) and more than enough room to relax. We will definitely be returning to this unit!

Get Away

In the 5 years we’ve been coming to Orange Beach this is the Best property we’ve stayed at. We will try to reserve this unit each time we return.

Fall Break get a way

Location of this property was great. For it being newly renovated though there were some things that could be improved. There were sink stoppers missing, random nails in the walls, decor in the cabinets and some things that definitely needed cleaning. We wished the water dispenser was in working order and someone would have check dishes as they were obviously put back into the cabinets dirty. The one thing though that we founded to be most annoying was that the master bedroom had a plastic or very crinkly mattress cover on that made rolling over in bed less than pleasant. Overall great location, the building properly was clean and well taken care of.

We visited Sept 2024 and the unit was lovey, clean and had all that we needed. We loved the beautiful views and the lazy river. Although we didn't need to connect with the host during our visit, she was awesome and ensured we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. On the evening of our last day, the host provided us with a check-list to make sure we didn't leave anything. Well, we still forget something. The host found our missing items and retuned them to us. This doesn't usually happen after checking out of your accommodations but it did for us. I am sure you will love this unit as much as we did. We plan to return next year.

Needs improvement

Beautiful view. Enjoyed our stay. Things needing improvement. A/C had nest on it and default settings were locked in. So frustrating but Brett Robinson fixed it for us. Mattress’ have plastic on them. Not comfortable and hot and noisy. Lighting was poor in closets and bedrooms. Floor was filthy. Dirty dishes.

Dirty property

The floors were filthy along with several pieces of cookware. The floors were disgusting. Obviously haven't been mopped in a while. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. An occasional wiping off the leather sofa in the living area should be done also. The location is good and the elevators are very quick so no long waits. Lady at the front desk is rude.at check in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice place and my family had a great time. The TV fell off the wall one night and was replaced the next day, i was impressed with that. My only complaint is the washer machine would not work. For the amount of which this room cost a night that is an essential need and a must. We had lots of laundry to do when we got home. Other than that we had a great time.

Turkey Get Away

Place was great, we always use PHOENIX WEST. the floor was dirty,however. Good steam cleaning would take care of it. It’s because new flooring was placed and the grout was not cleaned properly. Otherwise the condo was very cleaned and plenty of towels. The stay was great had couple of good days in the sunshine and the beach. We will be back next year!

Phoenix West In Orange Beach

We stayed at Phoenix West July 8th-15th 2023. I will never, ever stay at this place again. This building only had 4 elevators for this entire building. (very large building). It took us 3 hours to unload our cars because of the elevators. Every time going down to ocean or pool, or going out, you had to wait forever for the elevator. Live and learn NEVER AGAIN!

We will be back next year!!

This is the best property ever...There is something for everyone to enjoy from young to young at heart. Very relaxing to sit on the patio and just listen to the Gulf Of Mexico. The 3 bedroom was spacious enough for privacy and so clean. Loved the security of the property and every staff member we came in contact with was so pleasant and you could tell they loved their jobs. Couldn't believe how the property was so well kept and clean!! Our host, Charlene, was always responsive and helpful. I could go on and on about how wonderful our 10 day stay was but you'll just have to experience it for yourself. By the way, the issue with the curtains on the french doors of the master bedroom is solved with a curtain and as far as the phones working...my carrier worked just fine in all areas of the condo. (AT&T) My one friend had Sprint and hers was spotty the other had Spectrum and it didn't work very well. All the TV's worked for us, no problem. The kitchen has a Keurig and a drip coffee pot which was nice. Restaurants and shopping is all close by for all your taste and needs.

Spring Break Family Vacation

The unit worked well for our family vacation, unit was nice and overall exactly what we expected from the pictures. The only compliant I would say that I have about this unit was there were no curtains blocking the master bedroom from the dining room and balcony just open glass. So nothing was to stop the morning sunshine from waking you up at DAWN! or block peeping toms from looking at you on the bed from the neighboring unit balcony. But nevertheless it wasn't all bad as I was awake before anyone got to the beach and enjoyed many sunrises. I would return to my unit just in time for construction to start each morning in the unit above us, which was a daily ordeal, hammering, vibrating saws, chop saws on the balcony which started sharply at 8am daily but sometimes set up was as early as 7am, how do I know cause I was awake for most all of it. I know this wasn't the owner of this actual units fault, however the front desk said they started within the allotted times and neighboring condo units were notified in advance. However we as tenants for the week were not. This is normal for a construction worker but not conducive to a relaxing vacation to a family that was there to relax, sleep in and enjoy the beach. I was surprised the outdoor pool wasn't heated, although the add never said it was, however this made the indoor pool rather busy at times. I wish it was listed somewhere stating that the outdoor pool areas were not heated, as us and other guests were rather surprised, so its not just this owners fault. The small outdoor pool is a kiddy pool and not an outdoor hot tub, which everyone thought was strange. The location of the property is good, its located on a main road which is rather busy, I wouldn't advice walking, use your car. I overshared to help the next person better understand what kind of experience you can expect. Would I stay again, yes without hesitation.

Perfect!

The condo was absolutely perfect! Being on the 16th floor allowed us to see everything from the perfect view to schools of fish swimming down the coast! We saw dolphins every morning we were there, I would recommend this condo to anyone and everyone!

Unit needs work

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is not fully renovated by any means, the pictures are generous. When we got there the unit was very unclean. The property manager sent the cleaning lady back over and you would be amazed the amount of food she swept up even before mopping. The slipcovered chairs were so horribly dirty that I personally took them off and bleached them. Throughout the stay we continued to find dirty utensils in drawers. There were no measuring cups or spoons. The tile on the floor is so old the color is worn off in places and the grout is filthy. This unit needs a major facelift.

Over promised under delivered

Condo was not clean. Had to sweep due to sand everywhere. Beds were way too clunky with those huge side boards. Furniture not comfortable at all and too big for room. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

There are a few things we should bring to your attention. the Bedroom on the right of the entry fan doesn't work. The floors were very dirty. ( Our socks and feet were black). And the shower curtain in the front bedroom had mold on it. But we truly enjoyed our stay!
