A well equipped, fully furnished family sized home (2 bedrooms not in use) in the tree lined area of Snyder but within walking distance of restaurants, bars and the conveniences of Main Street, Williamsville and Snyder. Less than a minute from 290. 10 minutes to downtown Buffalo. 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Less than 10 minutes to UB. Decor is warm and inviting. Fully equipped with fast Wifi, Alexa and smart lighting and everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
One bathroom located upstairs along with the bedrooms.
*No parties or events of an kind. 6 people max at property. Owner will stop by the property to use garage/shed/mow or snow removal. *

Sweet home with fenced backyard

The Huxley house is off a somewhat busy street in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The decor and attention to detail were admirable. Check in process easy and instructions available in creative ways ( wooden coaster with “Alexa lights on”). Listing exactly as described. Traveled with small dog who was very much at home in backyard and house. Check out process simple and not exhausting like some other places I’ve stayed. Tess decorated home lovely. Would recommend and stay again.

A Great Long Weekend in a Beautiful Neighborhood

The house was lovely, clean, and superbly decorated. There were indoors and outdoors sitting arrangements for relaxing. We would definitely return.

Visit to Snyder

The house was very clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed. It was conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Family was visiting us in the area and it was so nice to just be a few blocks from each other.

Excellent house - centrally located to shopping

Great house with large bedrooms, TVs in each room. Fenced in yard was great for our pups. Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Centrally located to multiple shopping, restaurants and attractions. Recommend backing into the driveway if you can. Kitchen was well equipped for your needs. I would stay here again if needed.

Happy 70th!

We booked this rental property for a few reasons: great location near some local family members, our large dog was allowed and the fenced in yard was a real plus. We weren't fans of the Alexa system for the lighting and thermostats. The homeowner was very nice and communicated well with us during the booking process and a few questions that we had. We would rent this place again!

Perfect place

This snug rental was conveniently located for us to move our daughter into UB. We loved the fenced in back yard for our dogs - perfect for them. Great quiet streets to walk them on. Host was very thorough and made our stay very pleasant.

Great House in Perfect Location for Us

We were visiting family in Williamsville and found this clean, comfortable and quiet house to be in the perfect location. We loved walking the pretty neighborhoods each morning and evening and were even close enough to walk to drug stores and the supermarket. We prepared many of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. There is a nice deck for outdoor eating and relaxing.

Outstanding host and great location

The house is lovely. There is alexa to control lights and thermostat. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two luxurios large bedrooms with king beds. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. There are beautiful pictures everywhere. The yard has a privacy fence and is a nice size. The location was within 15 minutes of everything i visited. I love this home!

The VBRO host, Tess, is the best host I have experienced since my 10+ years of using VRBO. The house was well appointed and not lacking for anything. I would stay here again, and actually do plan to stay here again later this year.

Perfect stay

We visit Buffalo frequently and usually stay at a hotel. We will definitely consider this property before a hotel for our next visit. It was extremely clean and exactly as described. It was in a perfect location for our needs. We did reach out to Tess during our stay and she quickly responded. Absolutely loved our stay.

Last minute cancelation by owner

On the day of my arrival I received a message from the owner at an hour that I was sleeping that our reservations was canceled. I was offered another house and told to call but she didn't answer. We had to scramble to book reservations on the same day we wete supposed to be arriving and also one that accepted dogs. I was very upset to not be notified sooner from the owner or Vrbo. She did refund our money but we still had no explanation as to why this happened.

Great dog friendly rental

We had a great weekend visiting family in the area. We had to bring our dogs (which we don’t usually do) and the house was great. Nice fenced in area with a deck to enjoy outdoors and loved the neighborhood! Very clean and easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay there again!

Best Stay

Tess is just the most gracious host ever. Very patient with all my inquiries and always ready to make suggestions. Helped us tremendously! She even stepped in to help with our fur child ❤️ The house is lovely, very clean, has everything u need, nicely decorated, homey and just perfect. The rooms are roomy, the pictures dont do them justice. If you are in Buffalo, stay here, highly recommended, it won't disappoint!! 😊 Thank you Tess for making our stay memorable especially for the kids. 🤗

Relaxing Respite Home away from Home

We booked this home with short notice so I could come in to town to help my sister with my grandfather on hospice. He passed away the night before I got into town, so we were lucky enough to have this gem of a home as our respite for relaxation, rest, recovery, and planning. It had great amenities (shout out to the coffee maker) and comfortable beds to recharge. We weren’t able to get the tv working but I think that was user error and not important to us. The water in the shower was hot and the pressure was great! Would love to stay again when visiting. Thanks again Tess!
