Welcome to your peaceful Lake LBJ retreat. Perfect for small families, couples, friends, and Winter Texans seeking comfort and tranquility. This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath lakeside cottage sits on a quiet cove, offering calm water views and easy access to endless outdoor fun.
Inside, the open concept kitchen and living room create a bright and inviting space for cooking, relaxing, and spending quality time together. The fully furnished kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and all essentials for preparing your favorite meals. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a twin daybed, and a twin trundle bed—ideal for families or groups who want to stay close.

Step outside and enjoy waterfront access perfect for fishing, swimming, paddle-boarding, or simply unwinding by the water. A BBQ pit and picnic table make outdoor meals a breeze.

Although this home is not located at Log Country Cove, guests are welcome to come across the lake and enjoy full access to Log Country Cove amenities—including a water trampoline, rope swing, putt-putt golf course, playscape, small beach, basketball court, and boat rentals.

I needed some solo time to reset and this was the absolute PERFECT place to do so! Gorgeous and quiet location. Everything I needed and more. Definitely recommend, and will be back!

Magical Little Place!

peaceful easy weekend retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived here for a large all weekend wedding party that was at Log Country Cove. We are soooo happy we got the river road cabin instead of on property at Log Country. The cabin is excellent for two people, roomy, nice kitchen and the backyard is so peaceful. in the morning over outdoor coffee we watched baby Nutria, squirrels and herons and Canadian geese all strutting around on the island just across from the yard. Very quiet neighborhood, food is closeby, we also took in Longhorn caverns just up the Park Road 4.
