Nestled on the western slope of the Massif du Sancy, this cottage is the starting point for many walks as well equestrian (horses at the foot of the cottage) on foot or mountain bike. Directly connected to the western ridges of the massif, overlooking the Cantal and Corrèze (breathtaking view of the chalet), the accommodation enjoys a remarkable location: it is located less than 5 minutes walk from all walks, mountain biking, equestrian and even Mushers (dog sled activity in summer or winter, 300m from the chalet)

Located at 1400m altitude with a magnificent panoramic view, the chalet of about 120m² can accommodate up to 14 people maximum (for maximum comfort, 10 people is the optimal number); it is equipped with 2 refrigerators / freezers, 1 dishwasher, 1 Microwave, 2 TVs, 2 hotplates of 4 fires each, wood stove, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms (one with walk-in shower and the other with bath), 5 bedrooms and a beautiful terrace of more than 20m² to enjoy the view and a terrace furniture that can comfortably accommodate 14 people. 500m ² of ground are at your disposal. Internet WIFI available at the cottage.

The chalet is a 2-minute walk from the alpine ski slopes, toboggan runs, snowshoe trails, cross-country ski trails, dog sled trails, esf and ski rental shops: all activities "winter" are in the immediate vicinity without taking the car!

ATTENTION, we ask for a material deposit and a cleaning deposit and the rental contract to make us signed is obligatory.
Note that water, gas, firewood at will are included in the rental rate but the electrical charges are not included: they remain low if you do not heat up with the wood stove that is able to effectively heat 90% of the cottage.
