Prepare to relax in this beautifully remodeled 615 sq. ft. 1-bedroom condo just steps from Coonskin Lift 7. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo gives the unit a rustic feel while the open floor plan and wall of windows allow for spectacular natural light, making the unit feel unusually spacious. In the bedroom, the brand-new bedroom furniture, bedding, and queen memory foam mattress will help you unwind along with a flat-screen TV. This Etta Place Too 2nd-story unit is surrounded by trees, making the living room feel like a part of nature. Don't you hate uncomfortable sleeper sofas? No worries - the queen-sized leather sleeper sofa contains a phenomenally comfortable 5” memory foam mattress. The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a newly-remodeled bathroom with a pedestal sink and glass shower enclosure, large screen TV, private wi-fi, washer & dryer, custom ski/snowboard closet, and hot tub (year-round) as well as a summertime swimming pool. . Etta Place Too HOA has control over the common areas, including the tub and pool. We do not guarantee HOA amenities as we have no control over them.

Conveniently located near lift ticket office, Telluride Sport ski rentals shop, Lift 7 (never any lines for the lift), Tortilla Ria, remodeled Clark's Grocery, Wine Mine, Siam Thai & There. Stroll along the San Miguel River Trail for a short walk to the free gondola to Mountain Village or Main Street or catch the free town shuttle “Galloping Goose” running year-round. Cars are not necessary – you can park your car just across the street with the parking pass and leave it for the duration of your stay. No need for a car as everything is just a short walk away! No pets allowed, and no smoking, please.

Great stay!

Great stay! Fun place, comfy and great location. We stayed for a weekend and everything was great: easy check-in, good space for my buddy and I (with the bed and the pull-out couch), and the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook a few things. Would love to stay there again on my next trip down there.

Great Place Great Location.

Great Place to stay. Lift is steps from the property, Gondola is a little farther but still walkable even in ski boots. Everything in town is walkable from the location. Everything was clean and comfortable would stay here again.

GREAT location, GREAT place, GREAT experience

This is the place to stay, which was validated by a local. The place is nice and was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The location was SUPERB. And, the price was very respectable as well. I really have nothing bad to say.

Really convenient to town and comfortable

We loved our stay during the Bluegrass Festival. It was great to have access to town so close by and walking distance to just about everything. The unit was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Hot tub wasn't working, so that was really the only bummer.

Surprising amenities

All the reviews below mention the great location and access to the free town shuttle, and I appreciated those things but what also surprised me was how clean and modern the condo was, and the amenities that were left for us to use like dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, full sized shampoo and soap from a company in town, etc. those were a pleasant surprise.

Perfect spot!

This condo was perfect my husband and I on our short ski vacation. Condo was well stocked and cute. Probably about 50 yards or less to the lift. I will say, if you are not a intermediate to advanced skier, do not expect this to be ski in/out. We knew this and were completely fine with this. Great location for short walk to in town shops and restaurants. We love Telluride and this place was perfect for us.

comfortable place in good location.

the only complaint was that both the shower and bathroom sink where backed up. The shower was so slow by the end of a shower we where standing in a couple of inches of water. The sink was just really slow and not clean when we got there.

Thank you for the review. If you had reached out to us, we could have gotten in there and taken care of the backed-up items in the bathroom. The current guests reached out and we got maintenance over and solved the problem in less than an hour. If we are made aware of situations, we can remedy them in a timely manner. Just what we wanted

We liked this property. It's well-maintained, clean, and includes all the appliances and cookware you might want. Everything worked perfectly. I was comfortable on the sleeper sofa. Parking is convenient and plentiful. There's a nice guest book with good info in it. The only minor thing was that we couldn't find the check-out instructions. After I got back home, I found that they had e-mailed them to me. I don't do e-mail while on vacation, so I didn't see this until it was too late. Overall, I was well-satisfied with my stay...hard to beat for the price.

Telluride Beauty

My husband and I love Telluride. It is such a picturesque place and what a grand view you’ll have from this condo. Walking distance to everywhere, but the grocery store is very convenient and the gondola is a short 5-7 minute walk. New renovated with light and bright touches, this condo is perfect for a couple enjoying any length of trip. Laundry in condo if you are there for a bit.
