This extremely large end unit three bedroom condo at the luxury Pacifico Gated Resort Community is now being offered for short term rentals. It's the perfect retreat for a family vacation or getaway at Playa del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. With four pools, a luxurious beach club and poolside dining, you will never want to leave the resort. Located right next to the Hard Rock Cafe and the Pacifico Village shops and the Auto Mercado grocery store, you have everything you need on site for a relaxing holiday. Tastefully decorated, this stunning condo has it all. You are walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants of Coco. You can see more details and reviews at Connections Vacation Rentals.

The space:

The condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for your holiday. The extra large open concept living area has two separate dining areas to enjoy. The solarium is an added bonus to sit and enjoy the views of the mountains and the ocean. It is fully air conditioned and bug free with the glass enclosure which expands the overall living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. There are three separate bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite washroom with separate tub and shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is another full bathroom with tub and shower for guests. There's also a half bath in the living area. The condo also comes with one dedicated parking spot.

Guest access
Throughout the Pacifico complex there are 4 pools including a 25m lap lane, lagoon pool children's zero entry wading pool and Jacuzzi. New to the pool areas is a bar and grill with food and drink poolside service. For an additional fee, guests can access the full service beach club with all its amenities. You can reach the beach club by foot (10 minute walk) or with the free resort shuttle that is offered every hour throughout the day.

Interaction with guests
The condo is managed by a full service local property management company. They will be available to the guests at check in and throughout their stay and they can arrange airport transfers as well as excursions upon request.

Other things to Note

There are two flights of stairs to climb to reach the unit and no elevator in building.

Great Condo

This is a great condo, very spacious. Prepare for a hike though if you’re not renting a car of golf cart. The Pacífico property is beautiful, with several pools and a bar/restaurant. The location is very near several grocery stores and restaurants. The Pacífico Beach Club is a fairly long walk, but there is a shuttle running approximately every 2 hours. I would recommend this condo to families or anyone with 3 people looking for their own space.

Lovely Family Vacation

We had a great vacation at Pacifico in Coco. The condo was as advertised and well situated. It was a short walk to the pools but nothing too difficult. The pools were wonderful! Clean and well maintained with a nice hot, jacuzzi for those who liked that. We had very little trouble finding chairs despite it being a busy time. We loved the beach club though expensive we budgeted well and kept ourselves reasonably in budget.Beach was nice but neighbouring beaches were better apparently but we didn’t explore. Waves were big and fun for our teens but maybe a little rough for younger ones.The condo was good. It could use a little TLC but it worked well for us. It was quite big. We are a little fussy about beds and found them a bit worn and the pillows needed updating. A working TV in the bedrooms would have been nice for the teens but not a deal breaker.We did not have a good cart and wished we did a few times but we managed. We will definitely be back to Pacifico next chance we get!

A perfect family place

This property was excellent for our family. We loved the roominess and the very large kitchen . We had great outdoor parking and the condo pools and security were amazing. We could walk down to the pool and beach easily. We had good access via roads to Liberia and many of the National parks. We all loved ponderosa adventure park for our grandson. Food was easy to purchase and restaurants were abundant. We really felt the property owner communicated well. We highly recommend this specific condo.

Great Vacation

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo was spacious and the layout worked well for our party of 3. The condo's grounds were wonderful, offering several pools and even a beach club (the cabana rental was a super option and the food was really well done). The location of the condo was very central, but we did rent a golf cart which made it even easier to get around.

Nice 3 BR in Pacifico

Pacifico is a great development - I’ve stayed here many times. Great location - easy access to downtown Coco, and the Super Mercado in the shopping center has everything you need. Nice pools, great security, and the service for checking in and out was great!

Nice condo

Although the description didn’t say it, the pictures might indicate that the condo is near the pool. It is just a short walk, so it wasn’t an inconvenience. Clarification in the description may be warranted. The condo facility and grounds were nice and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay.
