Would stay here again!

This was our second stay in Watercolor and we loved this rental. The location is perfect and having the golf cart is so convenient. We loved the swinging bed on the porch. We would definitely stay here again!

Moldy House

This is our 3rd house in 360. First off we get notice the golf cart will be not working. Joshua at 360 was helpful in renting another one and we did ge compensated for some of it. The home itself was cute and a great location however there is a major cold issue. The home smelled horrible upon arrival. I was glad my husband could not make it due to his allergy cold. We must have gotten use to the smell but upon our return after home all of our clothes had to be washed twice to get them moldy smell out. My husband even stated our hair smelled of cold. This home needs to be looked at very careful and repaired for future guests. We will come back but will not use this home again. AS I said this was our 3rd stay and this was by far the worst one we have rented. Thank you for some money compensation for these events.

Needs a little more updating

There were roaches in the hall bath. The walls needed painting. Not enough lighting to see over the kitchen sink. Fireplace was missing tile. The golf cart was super uncomfortable to drive due the the age of it.

Fun Family Stay

This home was perfect for our family! With six adults and two kids under the age of 4 it was all the space we needed. This was our first stay in the 30A area, and with little knowledge of the area, this home having the golf cart and bikes was a great perk! Also having access to the various amenities of Watercolor was amazing. Definitely recommend a stay here!
