The house creates a sense of home. The furnishings, high ceilings and porches create peace and calm. So convenient to both Watercolor and Seaside. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect stay

A Memorable Getaway!

We loved our stay here! The house is charming and in a great location. We were in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We had a great experience and look forward to coming back in the future.

Beautiful Family Home

Beach vacation

Lovely house in great location. Owner provided all the essentials that we needed for the week. Short walk to seaside and to beach club! We enjoyed it all and will plan to come back soon!

Great location and house

We had a great stay! Great location. There was lots of dishes inside the house so we were able to cook and grill out often. Plenty of space and great living spaces. Perfect house for our family vacation of 12! The owner was also very gracious and responsive and answered any questions I had.

As advertised, great vacation spot for families

We have stayed in several places on 30A in recent years with our children, and this was far and away the best. Watercolor beach club and camp watercolor access is huge, as is the ability to rent a golf cart. We will be back.

Loved everything!

The home is warm and lovely. It's perfectly located in the Watercolor neighborhood - Seaside and the beach are both an easy walk.

Wonderful Watercolor Stay

We loved our stay in Watercolor at this property. The house is so lovely, comfortable and well-equipped. It is also so convenient to everything. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The check-in was so easy.

Perfect distance from Seaside. We walked or biked to the market everyday. Easy bike ride to the pools. So much room and multiple places for people to have their own relaxation space as needed was a big plus. Overall, fantastic place and highly recommended.

Wonderful stay!

We loved Watercolor and Staying at Forest of Dreams! We had never been to that area before and found it to be an exceptional location. Close to pools, tennis, pickleball and walking paths. Very close (walking distance) to “downtown” Seaside. The house was clean and comfortable and the wristbands were very convenient to pick up. It was a great stay!

Great location!

Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The house was clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed the bikes and the Watercolor Trolley was very helpful in getting kids and beach gear to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.
