Watercolor at Seaside!!

The Ward family's home away from no home in sunny WaterColor.

This 2800 sq ft 3 bedroom + bunk room / 4.5 bath home is located in Phase I of WaterColor directly behind Seaside and adjacent to the WaterColor tennis facility. It includes 3 large bedrooms with King size beds (plus daybed in Master), a bunk area that sleeps 6, teen lounge, spacious kitchen/great room on 1st floor, screened dining porch, and back porch. There are parking spaces for 2 cars in the driveway. One additional parking pass is available.

High speed internet service is provided free of charge. There are 5 TVs and a DVD player and DVDs. Enjoy close proximity to the beach, 4 pools (2 are heated) , BeachClub, restaurants including the Fish out of Water Restaurant and Sushi Bar, a wine market/cafe, tennis (including 5 Har-Tru courts-court fees apply), and boutiques. A Publix grocery store is located on-site.

OUR CALENDAR IS KEPT UP TO DATE. Posted rates include WaterColor Beach Club wristbands. Please note that wristbands are required for all guests age 5 or older. A maximum of 10 access bands are available. The number supplied is based on the number of people in your reservation.

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family of 12. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house was well stocked with everything we needed for a week long trip. We loved all of the books and games the house had for us to use. The house is amazingly located and we loved having access to the bikes to get around everywhere. The owner (Ann) communicated very well. We had a slight AC issue the Saturday of our trip. I texted Ann and she had maintenance to the house within an hour to get it all fixed for us, which is pretty amazing on a weekend. Overall, we highly recommend WayWard and would be happy to stay here again! Thanks to the Wards for opening your home to us!

This beach home is beautiful and so comfortable! It is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The location is great with a private lot and just a short walk to Seaside Circle or Watercolor Town Square.

We loved our stay here! Walking distance to beach, Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, and Seaside shopping. House is beautiful and large. Great amenities! The ice maker was a game changer! Ann was wonderful! Could not have been better!

Perfect cottage for family or friends

Wayward Sun is the perfect beach house getaway. Plenty of space for your group to relax. It is close to everything but nestled in the woods.The house had cozy bedding, as well after a fun day at the beach!

Great Experience!

Close to everything. Fun to ride bikes around. Great area and food, warm water and lots of pools. Adults, teens and kids all enjoyed it!

Wedding Paradise

Beautiful, conveniently located home in WaterColor. We had a large group for my sons wedding and the house accommodated us perfectly, each bedroom with its own bath. Although we didn’t do much cooking, the kitchen was well stocked for a large group!

Wonderful Oasis

This is a lovely property that is so serene and quiet. The home is absolutely first class and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and convenient. Loved staying here and would definitely return. Immaculately kept!

Favorite place!

We have been vacationing in Seaside/Watercolor the past five Summers, and this home is by far our favorite. The location can’t be beat, and the house is so clean and welcoming. Ann was so responsive and made sure everything was ready before we arrived. We will definitely be back

Great Watercolor Property

Really enjoyed our stay at Wayward Sun. Location is perfect, right next to Watercolor & Seaside tennis, easy walk to Seaside town center and Watercolor beach club. Plenty of room at the house with multiple inside and outside seating areas. The kitchen was fantastic. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and a huge table. Ann was great and we will be staying here again.

Fantastic home!

We loved every minute spent at this house. The location, in Watercolor but right behind Seaside, was ideal. The bikes were a great amenity. Anything we found ourselves looking for in the home was there. The decor was beachy-chic and beautiful. The adults and kids all loved this house and would definitely rent this place again. Wonderful Rental

This was one of the best vacations my family and friends had in Seaside. We traveled with 4 adults, two toddlers, and an infant. The house had enough room for everyone to enjoy their time without feeling as if we were on top of each other! The property is perfectly located next to all the restuarants and the beach club was a nice perk. We were thankful Ann was so easy to work with, especially through the short term rental ban.
