What a beautiful home! Great location. Windows galore! Love that the spa was already heated for us. Big, fluffy towels, comfortable beds, everything we could ask for. Can't wait to book again.

Desert family gathering

Poppy House was delightful and comfortable for our six adults and one toddler. We greatly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Great place

Very low key and comfortable place. Close by to good hiking-basically out the door. Everything worked well. Would stay here again.

Great location, nice house

The house and casita are great for two families to share. A good value for the price. Furniture and decor is lovely in the homes.

Thanksgiving vacation with family

The stay was very pleasant. The home is well situated and in a “dark skies” town so the night sky is amazing from the backyard. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes etc. overall a great home to stay in!

House was large enough for my family of 7! Nice and clean! Grandson enjoyed the pool time.

Amazing house!

Everything in this property surpassed expectation. Beautifully designed house, beautiful furnishings, very comfortable for our great away. Couldn't recommend more -- we're planning to be back soon!

Oasis in the desert!

So enjoyed staying in this charming midcentury house. Amazing views from everywhere, inside and out. Great location. Close to the park and town, but also lots of privacy and unobstructed views of the desert. Overall a great home base to both relax and explore the area!

Great family trip!

Had a wonderful time and despite the cold, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen and living room were spacious, comfortable and the windows allow lots of enjoying the light and wildlife. Very close to downtown Borrego and Anza Borrego visitor center. Very responsive host!

Beautiful Pool, Nice Home

Clean comfortable beds. Quite neighborhood, end of the road, simple to find and mid century decor. Great pool for star gazing. We will be back.

Wonderful Property

I highly recommend Poppy House. It is a very comfortable house, full of beauty and character. The location is great. The property manager Terrie was very responsive and helpful. We will return!

Relaxing week in perfect home

The house was just beautiful and exactly met our needs. The location was perfect. Such amazing views and so many different areas surrounding the home to enjoy them. The pool and hot tub were big favorites for the kids. Brand new grill was much enjoyed. I will look to stay only there whenever we return.

Awesome House

We had an awesome stay at the Poppy House! It doesn’t disappoint! Accommodations are great and beds are comfortable. Jacuzzi was awesome! Pool isn’t heated but that wasn’t a big deal! We hope to be back as I was a10 out of 10!

Lovely home in a beautiful setting.

We enjoyed our stay in the Poppy House. Very close to the State Park and a wide range of scenic desert hikes. It is also close to stores and restaurants in the charming town of Borrego Springs but it still felt private and peaceful. The home is spotless, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We really loved the pool area with hot tub. Terrie was super nice and accommodating. All around great stay!
