The cabin was very clean. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool was a little chilly and wish it had been a little warmer. Thankful for the washer and dryer as we stayed for and week and was able to keep up on laundry and come home with clean laundry.

October review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location, size and cleanliness of the property. Would definitely stay here again. Some things I would like to see. Automatic light switches in the bath rooms. Change a couple of plugs to have usb chargers for phones. It would be nice to have a latch lock on the front door. It would be nice if they had a closet in the bedroom to hang clothes. It would be nice to have a wall hair dryer in the bathroom. I have my own lake house rental in another state and have all these amenities added and always have 5 star reviews. I would also have a better privacy screen for the hot tub that one didn’t work well. These are minor changes that would put this rental over the top. We still really enjoyed otter springs and would rent it again if in the area. Elk was great to deal with also.

The theater system did not power on. The ad does not say there is an extremely loud alarm at the pool access, which would’ve been helpful for children with disabilities. There was so much dust going down the stairwell has not been cleaned in a long time.

Beautiful Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was beautiful, and well kept. We could have used more trash bags and toilet paper. One thing I would suggest is decorating for Christmas. We came during Christmas time for a child’s birthday who loves Christmas. Most people travel to that area during Christmas for the festive feel. There was no Christmas decor at all. Other than that, the stay was great.
